Who bought in at higher price in the last 12 months or more, for the takeover to be successful the SP needs to be around 30p at least, LTH's just need to average down so they can have a smaller loss or even make a profit if theres actually going to be a takeover at 30p per share, all imo.

vginvs, takeover or not whichever way you look at the sp its just too cheap or low and it should not be at this level if not for the shorters, and for the shorters they will close their shorts as the chance for takeover is 50:50 so they will close sooner or risk being burned.

£35m with just over 200m shares and thats is just too cheap, realistically the market cap need to be doubled to £70m and that will bringt the SP to 30p which is fair value unless you are a shorter or someone want to get in lower.

I think it will open at 16p and noone can buy any but only if you are MMs mate, friend or family, then the sp jumps to 20p after they all finished their trade deals.

Peeps want to get in lower because they either have sold at lower price or missed the boat at 9p, its not just Virgin bidding for flyb, see you guys at 20p.

Highest SP in the last 12 months is 49p, last 6 months is 42p, last month 38p, i believe 30p per share is fair value for takeover with the september results showing net assets have increased, liabilities decreased and is making £7.4m profit.

Big buy of 374k shares at £8 at 12pm again, but at 12 sp was 785p so it must be a late buy or it could be a sell.

very large buys at 9am and 12pm, look like the news from ms is to make the sp drop so they can buy in cheaper, since sp went all the way to £8 now it make them less suspicious.

Utilitywise plc is very similar to Yu group except for the sp but maybe in a year or two, but worth a punt under £1.

Last week i bought shares in here at around 150p, yesterday i sold half of it at 180p and i will sell the other half today before lunch time selloff just so i can stay in profit hopefully, profit is profit as long as i don't sell at a loss, wish i sold the lot at 180p yesterday.
