It takes time from selling shares until you can with draw money though?

I need to transfer these shares into my ISA. Worried about the timing though because of the large spread at times. Spread dropped to 0.03 today so I set up bed and ISA online on HL. Then I read it can take up to 4 days. Spread widened again so I have cancelled it for now. If you phone HL will they do it there and then or is it subject to 4day wait? Worried about losing a lot of shares or not being able to buy them all back
