I too have been a CEO for what is now, a successful company ,with a market cap of 2 Billion Rand from beginnings of a market cap of R1.28 million and I agree with most of your sentiments.
A least with CB on board the company took a great decision to change course laying the foundation for a company which should be a great growth story (and hopefully will still become that company.)
Yes the BOD is not responsible for load shedding or water problems but the they are guilty of not informing share holders of the problems which was their duty, to both inform and advise how they would respond.
They have now done so BUT with load shedding that has got considerably worse in South Africa I would have expected a follow up RNS as to how successful they have been with coping with the new problems.
Until we hear good news the share price will continue to struggle.
