Or Wayne Kerr.
Looks like Mercuria's 'brown envelope' wasn't thick enough, such is doing business in Turkey.
Depending on what you're doing, you need one to get your tools off the plane, one to get your tools through customs, one to book your hire car, one to get your hire car out of the garage etc... it goes on and on till you get back on the plane home.
Seems no one is interested, not even the usual posters. Still the most un-loved share on aim.
There's a lot of them today.
You poor old thing elir71 you have my sympathy, there's not much worse than a severe case of Chalfont st giles.
Agreed, I was in EUA and blew it, but I'm still holding GGP and UFO, they're coming along nicely. I think alba are brewing well, it won't be too long before we can have a sip with a big slice of cake.
Forgotten to keep their powder dry....... again.
I'm afraid this tiger has forgotten how to roar, it's not so much as whimpered for some time now.
You surprise me with your guesstimate ck.
Barks more than my dog, but is far less satisfying to own.
Any thoughts on where the sp is going cashking?
So, how do you think junior minors and explorers raise funds to do what they do?
If you don't know anything about dilution and fund raising, investing really does become a very tricky and risky game.
DYOR, unless of course you are a plum, and you have an onion for a sister.
Crickey, go easy on him, those green leaves will soon get burnt off.
Firstly mate, steel yourself its a rough old journey, if you're putting enough money in to worry about it, at some point it's going to bite. All the markets are full of sharks.
Make sure you take in the seemingly negative posts as much as the seemingly positive ones.
Everyone posting on these boards, without exception, has their own agenda.
Professional posters\paid rampers\ de-rampers\pump'n'dump syndicates and even board members use these BB's to try and push their positions.
There is a lot of useful info, but you have to be able to filter out the irrelevant fluff.
If you want to know what a company is doing, read the RNS's to make an informed decision.
If you want to make an emotional decision, read the BB, panic, and buy in on a spike.
Remember what good dairy farmers do.
They don't put all their eggs in the same basket.
Lol, gold is old money.
Gold is and always will be the only reliable global currency.
Billionaires love it and hoard it, especially in times like this.
It's a bit odd this morning, i think the mm's are collecting shares cos' this is showing at 42.3p on my portfolio.
(selling for 37p on the quote).
For the sake of interest, buys are showing as sells.
Buys at 0.1345.
Don't think I said board member, I said insider.
Bsg and Jr, it depends on your investment strategy. I made a few k on thr in 2020, and regardless of what the sp does, I am confident that I'll make a few more in 2021. For me, if it goes up, that's great, if it goes down, then Yippee, I'll make more.
Make your choices, it's all a gamble, after all I've lost more on ftse100 than aim.
I shouldn't place too much faith in mtr's investment knowledge, they held a significant amount of ggp which they sold at 1.78p (or thereabouts), while it was rising, missing out on quite literally millions. They had an 'insider' there as well, and no warrants for future options like they have here. So, while the mtr investment side is hopeless, at least they're learning.
I'd agree with that ECR is the next GGP.
Then UFO is the next ECR.
And finally (for now), THR is the next UFO.
Eventually.
Someone's got far too much time on their hands.
I wish I hadn't sold half my holding last week.
Did the same thing with ggp on the way up.
And eua.
Doh.
