Forgot to say: forget the 1 pound party, see you at either the 56p or 67p party depending on the CB conversion rates.
Hoping 67p comes first for personal reasons!! If that makes no sense, you don’t understand what you’re holding.
I’m a Lth of (most of) the lth. I remember Gk explaining his name all those years ago.
Members. I held down to 6p (where I amassed most of my current holding, and decided to go all in)
I’ve seen this rise to silly personal wealth levels, yet always believed there was more to come, so never sold. I’ve waited nearly ten years for the jam to arrive - it never has and have been diluted x10. You got me. You finally turned me. I’m selling the lot tomorrow. You’ve convinced me to finally get out while I can.
My shares are held in several places, 2/3 rd sipp 2/6ths isa and 1/6 faaaamilie accaaaants. So it won’t go through as a big chunk. But it’s a 7 figure holding.
Well done, you’ve destroyed my dream, but thank you for taking the scales off my eyes. (If you’d be so kind as to do the same for me old mum, that would be grand as the NHS IS FOOKED )
Hang on. Although SXX seem to now have their own drones for the fly-bys (thereby taking away my short term income) perhaps the last ten years would feel a bit of a waste of time if I sold now? Perhaps when I went all in, all those years ago, I actually meant to risk all that capital? Perhaps, mebbee( to coin a much missed phrase) I meant to take it when the risk was much, much, much higher? Admittedly I should have sold many a time over the years, and will regret not taking the highs in 2012 especially, but when, not if, this comes to fruition I need need hold no other asset than the cash it generates that I cannot spend.
I honestly struggle to imagine how 5p a year would be spent without turning into a c@@t.
Go figure. Guess I’m not selling after all.
If this goes to 10bn shares tomorrow, at 50p you’ll be back investing, as SXX will be a blue chip!
I’ll spend the vast savings on flour on more shares then.
Not sure what you’re implying? You think ‘discussions’ are going on in parallel? Maybe in a parallal universe.... in my blah blah opin-onion (colossal if I recall from yesteryear)
I’ll also chuck in (for no shares) the fees I’ve been earning since I bought that drone a year or so ago .....
I thunk ya just said you is gonna max out ya visa if anyone bovvers tu set it up...... In a roundabout non committed way. Just like a bank eh? Funny that.....
If you’ve got no spare cash at the minute - just sell your entire holding and reinvest at 23p. That would work wouldn’t it? LOL. Yes, I’ve been celebrating 10 yrs in..... 5 more till I exit.
Go on. It’s a 2.5p drop on dilution fear. All the shareholders are PI’s. Let’s cover the $600m with no fees for the underwriters. Someone set up a crowd funding page at 23p a share. As soon as it hits $600m ST2 is a done deal. I have £10k to put in. I think I’d be able to sell at a profit (if so inclined) within a very short period. I’d almost consider a credit card loan as this share costs more than those charges for every RNS - so make it £30k. Am I joking............?
I don’t like buying a round either. See you at the £10 party.
Still one but held for two dividend declarations.
and my average is lower than the lowest price I have ever bought for. lol.
That is my hope too. But having seen the drastic measures required in the past, it’s always going to be a concern. (See wot I dun then)
https://siriusminerals.com/downloads/interim-results-for-period-ending-30-june-2017/ Last years? Page 11 and 12. A review - not an audit - but I’m sure you clever clogs appreciate the difference.
Been out all day. Removal nothing to do with me. I guess we’ll see later on today what pwc comment on the HY report. No it’s not an audit opinion just a review but they still have (in my opinion) have to comment on the basis of preparation if they disagree. Maybe not an issue, but there’s enough risk there for them ‘put in on the table’. As I said, hopefully it’s not a conversation piece, and the table was firmly swept clear in no uncertain terms by the Sirius BOD.
Fred - you been taking screenshots again?
Fred - Is 4 hours up yet?
Fred - good on yer. The two times I’ve taken a screenshot I wished I hadn’t 4 hours later. Think this time is different. Was it profit or holding value that was the trigger?
Ummm. I fink you can sell them for whatever google sez. But only after 6pm?
UK IR will then highly likely lose a very long term and massive amount of future tax take. No they won’t. A chuffing great big mine is a permanent establishment. Doesn’t matter if it’s owned by a company registered and with a real head office in the Cayman Islands, all profits arising from that mine will get taxed by HMRC.
