I have also managed to filter oot Triggersaysdave - took a while before I noticed the "filter" button just above here - been meaning to do it for weeks....suggest all others do same
That's 2 weeks now that we should have been producing up to 20,000 bboe - lack of operational RNS can only be a positive as I believe they would only inform the market if there were issues with the increased production. Are we due an offload as soon as the weather behaves?
30 million buys says that there is more good than bad about this company.
I agree....there has been no other reason for the collapse (the water issue has never been a factor and the company have said so too) I do wish that HUR could somehow avoid such news leaking to insiders though (whether it was them or Spirit?)
Now that this news is out of the way all concentration should be on Lancaster and the positive news flow there
14m bought and 7m sold today (think yesterday was around 23m bought and 12m sold) and yet we are down again - this makes no sense whilst at the same time indicates that there is a far greater appetite to but HUR at present.
I have a Higher in Economics and an Hons degree in Business Studies and I thought I understood Supply and Demand so how does the following equate to a 9% fall? What is going on?
Vol. Sold
10,574,719
Sold Value
£2m
Vol. Bought
16,054,580
Bought Value
£3m

“ And for those ten days, you haven't been able to sleep even though THERE HASN'T been a horrifying RNS?”
That’s very true and I almost wish I could say reassuring but my insomnia is more down to the actual continual fall in the share price - ok I haven’t sold a single share but just concerned that this continues and I end up losing a great deal more. Surely a reassuring RNS stating they know of no reason at all for this big fall would put minds at rest. They were quick to issue an RNS regarding the recent spike in price
Sorry obviously meant Mizu - coincidentally i am ina a Moxy hotel right now
If it had sank on its way from Dubai I would been considerably better off than I am today
My first purchase of HUR was at 9.9p in Jan 16 and I have bought more since- unfortunately the majority at around 40p and 50p ( most since the FPSO was on site). So I would have lost a fair bit if the company would have collapsed last year but since it has started producing I have lost a lot more ( I will admit far more than I can afford to lose but that was my own decision). I will also admit to sleepless nights lately and expect tonight to be similar - my fault for gambling with what I thought to be a really good company. About ten days ago I contacted their comma team and was surprised to receive a reply but only stating that the company does not respond to share price movements nor speculation- that’s what really annoys me now - that is simply untrue as they responded really quickly to the rise on rumour at the tail end of last year. That is what worries me most about this share now - company happy to dispel rumours that lead to a rising share price but not to this rather catastrophic fall in share price recently- suggesting you me that something may well be amiss and they are simply ( and deceitfully) not telling the share holders what is wrong
Sorry, I want to be upbeat but I simply cannot and it is more than worrying- every day posters say the fundamentals are the same but we see another big fall. Are there fundamentals that we are not being told?
"EV understands the well had not in fact been cleaned up prior to P&A, " "EV understands that the well would have been tested anyway" Jeeso...took a minute to realise he meant Energy Voice there.....for a minute thought Empty Vessel was back.
I find Jeremy Cresswell to be very supportive of HUR. He writes a lot of positive articles in the P&J and Energy Voice. I also like his musings on Offshore Renewables and Politics
Potentially the best result may actually be a Tory majority but 50+ seats for the SNP. Might make some Labour voters realise their votes are pointless a d the push towards independence grow yet stronger
Anyway I have already voted for the good guys and urge others in Scotland to do the same
Incidentally the madness of a winter election is obvious after waking up to the news that the snow gates are closed at ****bridge and Tomintoul- so there are potentially voters within my constituency that cannot vote due to closed roads
Haggis Trap......well said I was just about to respond to Ranger1 (a good poster on here normally but suspect he is one of those who incredulously votes according to the football team he supports) He hasn't considered that most pay lower tax then counterparts in rUK Maybe he would rather be in rUK and pay for prescriptions. personal care. tuition fees and higher council tax. I may pay a little more tax than those doon sooth but I am happy to do so and would be happy to do so again in an independent Scotland if it meant a more equitable and fair society.
I predict we will win 44 seats tomorrow......not up at 2015 levels (56/59) but still a fantastic return. No idea what might happen in England but astonished that that charlatan Johnson still remains popular...maybe the Tories plan of keeping him off the TV and avoiding the public will pay off.
CornishoilPirate - " What upset me though was the fact that I had already bought a £200 railway ticket to go up to LONDON to be at the event".......did ye, aye right !!
Good luck getting a refund from HUR for your fictitious rail ticket
Tindrumheid
Congratulations on your purchase of 100,000 HUR shares
A word of warning though. there was a poster on here yesterday providing the following advice to those holding:
"if I was invested i would still sell on news "
"sell up and run"
Not sure who it was....maybe he is a complete daftie….maybe you should check his posting history as he could well be the next Warren Buffet.
The Grill is a great bar. Has had wifies bogs for around 15 years now and women are definitely made welcome there. Recently sold for £1m (and the bogs are getting upgraded)
Jeeso…….this is more cryptic than 3,2,1 with Ted Rogers. As long as we are not going home with a Dusty Bin (one for the youngsters out there)
Thinks it's due to arrive this weekend or early next week - rope that is.
"I'm Aberdonian, lived in Mastrick "....toonser !
I am fae oot the road - Kemnay
Ricfle - That was me......based on what I had heard a few weeks ago from someone working with a company rather close to the project in Portlethen
Dive Centre....more like three weeks in Rotterdam
sorry....just what I am hearing. Nothing more to add at this stage but if I hear more and it makes sense i will post again
