loads of us got burnt, most 80-90% down now inc me and you! i took a risk based on the fact if it had been approved/worked i would have retired on the proceeds. instead i need to work an extra year to get the money back. everything the company put out before the death rns was positive, i think all LTH believed it would work.

this certainly gets caulked down as a life lesson in investing! i'm off these risky LSE companies for good now.

Is what happened to the Spanish flu, mutated into a common cold. Same here, this was always the risk with c19 stocks and unfortunately its over before they could get approval. I don't think they ever will now.

Well. That was not as expected. Between this, ncyt and odx I've gone from +50% to down 70% in a few months. I don't see this recovering, covid is pretty much over now too. Mutated into a cold and the world will be back to normal soon. Going hunting in bigger stocks with less volatility and build value rather that hope for miracles.
Been here a long time and like everyone feel gutted that it's ended like this. Live and learn...

Same here, I just don't see this recovering, covid near the end, not much need for testing and it's obvious our gov in not interested and has rug pulled the UK diagnostic industry.

It's well documented that US government members trade off insider information and are basically allowed to do so. They fund the companies they invest in. Aka Pelosi worth half a bill when she earns 200k a year. So this could be really good news for SNG...

doc - i hope so too for all our sakes! i do worry that its the same across the Fed and EU central bank who seem to be non stop printing. i dont see how they can raise interest rates above a few points without completely crashing the housing market or how they stop printing money which will crash the stock market - like we havent seen in a long time. there goes all the old's pensions!

anyway - i'm in deep with SNG so hopefully this gem can be a nice nest egg going forward - GLA!

DOC - i get that from the house price increase this year/ rent increases, the cost of food at the supermarket and restaurants, sky high fuel prices, increase price of used cars, etc. i know for sure my family shop has gone up by more than 15%. UK GDP is £2.7tr and we printed 900b in the last 12 months. You work hard all you life to put money in the bank - the gov just print it.

BTC is only the best performing asset over the last 12 years, while FIAT gets printed and debases the population its easy to understand the appeal to a fixed supply asset. As an investor you have to beat inflation which is probably at 15% pa at least. I would think it would be worth holding a small amount just in case. but that just me.
