It would be nice if they drop a RNS again near close today . A good finish to the week , but the next few weeks will see bigger rises as more start to jump on board with news promised by the board . Top up or hold .

This is the time to get under 10p , low volume so may close just over 10p today. But the next few weeks I am hope for a return of 16p and above . Great share for a isa .

Upper Thames Holding Plc (to be renamed Valereum Blockchain Plc) is pleased to announce that all resolutions were passed unanimously at both the EGM and the AGM of the Company held today.
EGM for Change of Name
The change of Company name to Valereum Blockchain Plc was passed unanimously and will be implemented immediately. The requisite filings will be made immediately.
Pursuant to the name change, the Company has reserved VLRM as the new ticker symbol which will be reflected on the AQSE Growth Market stock exchange on Monday, 29 March 2021.
The Company will also change its website to www.valereumblockchain.com to reflect the change of name. The new site will be live on Monday, 29 March 2021.

The price has held well for the past month around 8p mid price for 30 plus days ,we are about to move to the next phase from Friday. Looks all good with me .

Looking at Hugh potential with such a low market cap . I am surprised we haven’t jumped a bit higher today .
