Taking into account the last 2 placings and the 300k loan Prem has burned about $2m in around 6 months. This is based on GR stating we run out of money end of Nov. What exactly have we spent $2m on?

Sorry i did not see your original post. Yes I was indeed part of the group and left when there was no appetite to challenge GR on his last raise. My main concern was George was looking to raise 700k odd for BARA and god knows what else whenever he had previously said we would not be putting in one more penny until we resolved ownership. I would preferred him to go with his previously RNS d option 4 of no inject of cash but start up RHA again. Infairness there was a democratic vote in the group not to challenge this and that is why I left quietly. Of course I want the share price to rise, I am 10k down on this bùt I call it as I see it unlike those such as strongman trying to ramp it to make their trade. Again, absolutely no issue with people having this view but please allow me to express mine. Past performance suggests I am closer to calling George for what he is compared to those still holding blind faith or just trying to manipulate others to get sucked in

Correct moneytolose. The thing could have been mothballed, I believe it would have been cheaper to invest in a restart than in C&M and reports. $2m spent in 6 months and nothing to show for it.

I left of my own accord and found noel the same as u described. I left because i did not agree with George not being formally challenged by the shareholder group following his most recent placing. As for my comment earlier I am merely speaking of what happened today. Check with others in the group if want. Also i did not sabotage the webinar george was did that all by himself. I did rant with a few others. George didnt like the hard questions.

You are completely wrong liquidation of the subsidiary would result in prem owning 100% of the equipment and the land..... Do some research

Strongman i think you missing the point on option 1. Liquidation will result in prem holding 100% of RHA not the government. Your second point I would contest any JV exists or would be willing to put cash into RHA. The only person who is happy to spend on RHA is GR and he hasnt been exactly clear on how the $2m has spent over the past 6months
