Just had a look at other pdc companies.

One of which being bicycle therapeutics. Which has been doing very well recently.

AS has always said he will only release full data from p1 at a conference (giving maximum impact) I don’t think he will give anything away before then so im not expecting any news from bi weekly or c7 until aacr.

The info we got in Dec was just to please share holders and was just a teaser IMO

I’m in this for the long game anyway and will try and add again when it settles, the platforms and tech this company has, even at this latest dilution will still take this to ATH’s I believe when it starts to mature. GLA

As a long term holder I’m more looking to what the share price will be in five years time not the next few days/weeks/months.

The company needs to raise, what ever way that be to keep them going. Ideally not dilutive but if it helps them get to where they are trying to get too then this will be a drop in the ocean in a few years time.

If the platform is as good as they say it is and ava6000 could be given to patients in the next 18 months or so then I’m happy to sit back and wait.

Hi Rambo, I’m not great with links but if you go on her LinkedIn page and scroll down to contacts, it give you Novartis website details, yet she left there in Dec 2015. Maybe nothing in it but surely you would update that part.

As picked up by someone on twitter the other day CC contact email address is Novartis, bit weird still having that down when she left around 9 years ago

It easy for them to put that in the Rns as it is true but avacta have also been saying that since Ava 6000 went into human trials.

They are not going to say CC has been given this role because we are in discussions with Big pharma about a TO/LD or partnership deal.

We won’t find that out until it’s all been finalised and signed off.

I’m here for the long haul and genuinely think avacta is going to be a power house of a company .

Surely we became a clinical stage company a few years ago?

Now it might not be a TO but I firmly believe someone behind the scenes is commanding these changes . Very possible a large partner (which I would prefer) but in my eyes there is something big happening.

Even if the company was taken over by a much larger company it could still be run as avacta.

As I said in my message this could be strings being pulled by the potential purchaser .

I thought the same when she was was given the new title, why was she not made the CMO or similar type roll.

Why did she become just the head of r&d, Is it because avacta is in the process of being taken over by a very large pharma that already has these people in place and are starting to pull strings.

I sold my business five years ago and for six months, whilst DD was going on I was under strict NDAs

Not one of my staff (other than my Pa) knew what was going on until the contract had been signed. I had to keep completely silent on the matter. Which wasn’t easy.

This brings me back to the “funding? Don’t worry about that “message and AS saying that’s as far as he can go with reassuring shareholders.

Some of my staff at the time had worries as they could sense something wasn’t right and all I could do was assure them everything would be fine because I knew where the company was going.

When I sold, I stayed with the company to help them through a transition period, I lost my director status and just became a manager.

Now I know all situations are different and my company wasn’t anything to do with pharma or on any kind of scale like this is but, I do look at it from a position that I have been in myself and do see similarities.
