Ascot is pleased to announce that a revised 43-101 Resource statement is in the process of being completed by the Competent Person. The Company expects to receive the final NI 43-101 report in the near future. Once approved, the report will be incorporated into an AIM Admission document and this will allow the commencement of the regulatory application to AIM.

Ascot are now in production and with the current price of Gold Look to be coming in for an annualised income of 13M USD. If Funds are required there may be a placing on AIM listing but I would expect this to be at a level at least double where we are now. The last RNS hinted that the resource upgrade would be before AIM listing and that should be the catalyst for a rerating imo.

My understanding is that the AIM listing costs are already covered. Broxy, nope it is not listed on a recognised exchange. It s fundementally undervalued on what they have already (who isn't in this market...) but what caught my eye was the accumulation here over months. T1ps have been reducing there holding as they own too much of the company for their own rules, but remain very very bullish. This has caused the current weakness. It looks like that is now done as a purchase I made today for 38K shares has moved it up 15%. Not reported yet. If the CPR comes in better than expected I see no reason why 150p cannot be achieved here easily.

Would be interested in your thoughts.
