IMG Arena has been expanding its sports betting service in the last year, even through the international shutdown. This week they signed a deal with NASCAR that is worth billions of dollars.

Assuming globalive have publicly told the market then that is news that is now public. FFWD being minor holders have said repeatedly they can’t release news prior to the investee company and in this case aren’t obligated to release an RNS as the news has been released on the exchange that globalive are listed on.
