I agree with that sentiment. I have been with pfd for many years.....good times and bad.
I applaud the recent improvements in performance, but I don’t see any point in a rush to pay a dividend. Debt repayment and the compound improvement to the bottom line by reduced interest payments is far more important in the medium term - in my opinion. If you stay here for the medium term, say 2 years, you will be rewarded by significant share price growth. If you want a dividend maybe you should invest elsewhere.

I think that their trades are published....it’s just the fact that now that they are under 5% short, that doesn’t get published.
However I might be wrong !

If it’s 0.5% then it’s 4,262,008 shares

There is no cash involved in the proposed capital reduction. It is just a technical accounting adjustment. There is no reason why it should make any difference to the sp in the short term.
