2021 will be do or die for Altyngold. Having borrowed $24m to get this mine moving in the last 12 months or so and with the Directors owning 65% of the Co, I think 2021 will be Altyn's year. Significant increase in production and resource plus dual listing on Nasdaq or NYSE I'm guessing.

.......aside from the fact they are significantly undervalued and the Potash market is showing signs of life....

Its intriguing - heavily invested here - but don't see any closing market cap on the German Bourse thats significantly ahead of the current LSE market cap ?

Looks like they have done a deal on the name. Registered office of Altyngold Ltd now changed from Splott in Cardiff to Altyn Plc Co Secretary's (Basra) office address at 32 High Street, Rickmansworth.

Directors to be appointed, change of co name as envisaged, new web address and hopefully updated website and more news soon.

They have registered Altyngold Group Ltd at Companies House. Its sufficiently different from Altyngold Ltd, registered by Mr Splott to allow them to do that. i suspect negotiations are ongoing to secure the original name rather than use the back up.

Both Companies are 100% owned by Eqtec PLC.

Options - depends what the option price is, but say 1p. Altyn will raise an additional £1.5m from issuing the stock and secure the $10m. Freedom could sell and make £770,000 at todays prices or hold and we have another substantial investor on the book.

Good stuff Buster, pleased for you. I'm in up to my eyeballs, have a much better feel that they want to do the right thing now, they would have struggled to raise the money and I think they have done a great job on that front.

Rodders, at 100,000 oz pa the mine has a life of well over 25 years with the current resource, which is growing. The plan is to take to to 2mt pa after 6 years and ramp up to c 180,000 oz per annum, plus a separate plant at Teren Sai producing 65,000 0z pa.

Not without its risks, but compelling........
