It's a lot of money for land in that part of the world. Obviously the buyer wants to be sure everything is in place. Maybe Eqtec will step in further down the line and raise funds to acquire it themselves if necessary.

SeaTank, its a good post but I disagree to some parts. Teren Sai will be transformational but they still need to build an independent CIL plant similar to Seki to process the ore. The plant at Seki can process c 850,000 tonnes, its been done before and just needs enough equipment to put the ore into it. The plan is to actually increase capacity to 1m tonnes pa in the sort term though spending c $8m and then increase it to 2m tonnes over the next few years - that part I do question, but the reserves are there to supply that capacity.

Aandi, I'm a shareholder in EQT. That info you posted is nearly 2 years old? The testing in Spain by EQT on the Fischer units was announced by EQT a few months back - do you think it's relevant?

Expat, you raise many pertinent questions in my view. Your last post gives some idea of the value Eqtec will have attributed to it, if it has found the solution, as the evidence suggests. Worth a large punt to me.
