There's no doubt it all sounds positive but it's time these well paid characters started producing the goods and not just talk the talk.
The share price is a fair reflection that so far they have achieved much of nothing.
Let's see positive action on the ground that gets reflected in the share price and not just sugar coated words.

Not this old chestnut again 😆 I was in this years ago when the ramp was on that this was going to 'rerate' and guess what, nothing happened.
