Well he’s certainly caused a huge spike in trades today !

I was wondering what the reason for the rise was. As long as this bloke is not one of your pump and dump merchants once he gets his 10% he’s gone ...it could all help get the company out there and noticed. Something the management have failed to do.

It’s fast approaching four years since suspension...how can this still be going. Just get on with closing it down so I can get rid of it out of my share dealing account I’m fed up seeing it there still. I guess one good thing it does is remind me the names of the management involved and to avoid these chancers like the plague in future.

You knew what the strategy was to sell off the overseas parts of the business. Why didn’t you take advantage of the rise over 400 to sell if you think this is a dog.
I’m well in profit and will continue to hold for the dividend and for whatever they decide to do with the sales funds. I’m not going to p*ss my pants like some when it decides to go on a downward spike...it’s what shares do.

No it wasn’t. You are looking at the price before it sold off its house building part of the business.

Started buying back in again. It’s around last placing price so happy to start buying in at that. Hoping to see a substantial rerate over the next year especially if they do get construction started on time in the next six months or so.

No mention of share buybacks which I’m happy about as personally I think it’s a complete waste of money on a share like this.

Can’t complain about the dividend one of the best out there and this is during a pandemic ;)

I sliced a few today too but still left enough to make it worthwhile :)
I’m still holding most of my Gkp as I think there’s a fair bit to go there...let’s see.

Disappointing reaction today, I shouldn’t be surprised. Maybe a few people disappointed with the amount of dividend. I was hoping it might be more but still company needs to be prudent during these times.

It’s certainly a frustrating share in recent times. Not helped by the companys PR or rather lack of it ..just don’t get me started on that shareprice angel cretins ...

I’m hoping today’s news from Boris about possibly events kicking off again in June is going to be very positive for the share price here.

The board change they need here is for Cicliteria to go. He’s the only one who’s made a lot of money out of this while the share price has been destroyed ( and it started long before the pandemic kicked in )
