I agree. I used to go a few times a year but now just wait for the few weeks it takes to get to a stream service. If i go at the moment i wait until a movie is nearly being taken off so i know i don't have to sit around mannerless, disgusting peasants and get annoyed by mobile phones and talking etc.

The real joke for me is i checked the share price then came here to see how much the placing must be and it’s actually a contract win…..

I think he will just do a much smaller placing to keep the lights on a few more months or announce a strategic partner that gets all the shares for 0 and gives the fowlers some gravy! Whatever happens here it is not good for shareholders.

One thing for sure is the dilution of the next placing is sending this under 1p. What a nest egg for the fowlers.

What explanation do you need? They spent it on their wages. They called it Westminster to associate it with something elite sounding and then pretended to have a company that had contracts…..

They need to get above 200p this year but there are so many issue that are out of their control. Its been horrible. In a market where acquisition prices have been through the roof they couldn't sell anything of gkn. The market cap is shocking. The of gkn must only be about £3.5bn (they still have some of nortek). I also found their 15p special div absolutely pointless. This has been a bad long term investment for me. Gkn original shareholders the only winners and that was flipping years ago.
