Hopefully there will be a lot of positivity now the DOJ issue
has been sorted..

Only be in for maybe 2 years when it was never near
those heady figures...and have experienced large fluctuations
but I have to say the recent update was by far the most upbeat
and positive I have seen in that time...

Anyone hear how he go on in Court..? supposedly
29th Sept'20 ..I cannot find anything..

I was just thinking, could it be the Muppets are actually

The SP is still feeding off the new biz update...which
has a few miles left in it yet...

Don't like the header of the recent posts..it
fits too well with the Muppets narrative...far better we
look to give a more positive outlook to us investors
instead of the Muppets who are not even invested
taking control of the board....for some unknown purpose..
Still baffles me, but suppose it takes all sorts...

Unreal, the minute you post anything here, as sure a day follows

the SP is standing up fairly well and the countdown has now started
for when the numbers come out....Blast-off is not too far away, hold
onto your cap....

As you intimate this would have impacted on investment
decisions and motivation. There would be not much
enthusiasm if there was a chance the DOJ could bankrupt
the business.
That all behind them now, so hopefully they get on with
R&D investments and make some money....

Appears you were right Jolly, but I would not want to
to be out of it, is any more good news comes.
Any goods news on the back of the previous update
will see a big big spike...
Whether any is forthcoming is an entirely different matter

Just checked and Thaxter is being sentenced tomorrow
20th Oct....

In actual fact I always thought it was the day after Thaxter was
to appear in Court, which was supposedly the 29th Sept...
Since then all manner of dates have been bandied about on
this forum, so have not bothered checking as assumed my
recollections were inaccurate....does anyone have definitive
dates for Thaxter's and Indivior's Court appearance dates...??

The DOJ process tomorrow will certainly not have
a negative affect in the SP.
The noises from last month's update were mostly
positive.
All in all, they make for a rise in the SP, BUT it has
been struggling of late so I suspect, maybe I am missing
something in the translation...am I ?

The SP not showing any expectation that the results will be
good....would have liked to have seen it creeping up in
anticipation of the results....but early days yet..

on the basis of the RNS last month.
SUBLOCADE revenues doubled between H1’19
and H1’20 so would expect further growth in Q3.
They indicate SUBOXONE has outperformed
historical analogues in H2, likely this could continue.
The legal costs have ceased after having taken a big
hit in H1 to finalise the DOJ Indictment.
Does not appear the “”Strategic Aligment” savings will kick in until 2021 when there will be major cost savings but there will be a cost of $6m
included in the Q3 numbers.
It all sounds fairly positive and looking forward
to a gradual rise in the SP right up to and hopefully
after the numbers are announced 29th Oct
Obviously INDV now owe the “fine” to the US Government, $100m due for payment a week after the rubber stamping, so will be norm be included
in Q3. Even so, this fine had already been factored
into the SP.
