RE: Cnr interview6 Dec 2024 19:38
It’s disappointing that interviewers do not do any basic research, highlighting that the share price was at 33p in March 24. Those invested can see the smoke and mirrors, but it’s MC’s role to promote the positives. The lack of conviction in the CVR description by MC having presented the premium growth since October, provided very little reassurance seeing anything above 33p from CNR. If you sell some or all of your CNR shares, do you still own the Contingency share options?
Finally, we have a SAG mill that was announced as up for sale last month, it’s worth £5 mill plus (about 8% of our offered value). Is that still being sold or thrown in with the sale? If sold, what happens to the distribution of any sale? If part of the sale, this makes it an even sweeter deal for MTL.
