Anglo African Oil & Gas Sort of good news bad news from AAOG this morning as they revealed that partners SNPC, the Congolese state oil company had paid back $663/- of the $10m that they owe them. Obviously good news in that it is a payment and that the SNPC have said that they will pay back the rest but there is a twist, AAOG had wanted a substantial increase in its 44% holding in the licence instead. I’m sure that the repayments would still be being made had the well been a duster…Its a bit like your mother-in-law driving off a cliff in your new Ferrari I suppose.

Many thanks Drew. I am very hopeful this goes in the direction of additional % in our favour. Although good, i was quite disappointed in the proposed payment plan.

Drew... I must have my rant on rare occasions. Not complaints, just observations for discussions/ thoughts.. That's all well and true. However how will they at this point fund current ongoing costs to meet their 44% liability prior to production. No mention of intrest on 10 mill. Thinking about thing. Were we not meant to have received a substantial amount of refund from the breakdown and poor performance of the drill. Seems too many loose ends that need tightening up. Licence i think is dragging on a bit also.

If the share price keeps being walked down then as a long term shareholder i will see this as a perfect opportunity to invest further. My average is .087 so personally i would be happy with any drop prior to the end of April. This is a no brainer for me and am not bothered with day to day fluctuation. Underpinned " we have oil to go into production".

No update if the increase of production is a viable prospect or not for 101

On commencing drilling of TLP-103, TLP-101, which was producing around 30 bopd at the time, was taken offline due to the proximity of the flare to the drilling apparatus. The Company has now upgraded and relocated the flare to enable production from TLP-101 to continue during drilling. TLP-101 has been brought back into production and has now produced an average of 55 bopd during a two week test period.

During the downtime, the Company engaged a specialist reservoir engineering company to conduct a full review of wells TLP-101 and TLP-102 which followed on from the stimulation exercise performed on well TLP-102, successfully conducted earlier in 2018. The results of these studies have shown connectivity between the two wells. Due to this connectivity the reservoir engineering company has recommended using TLP-102 as a water injector to enhance production from TLP-101.

Studies of this strategy by both the Company and the specialist reservoir engineering company predict that using a water injection system could lead to a rise in production from TLP-101 to up to 400 bopd. The Company is now obtaining estimates for the cost of this work and assessing the commercial viability of this project

Apart from the licence details and 10 mill settlement, what else can we expect in the RNS at this stage? I think this presentation may well be a repeat of the previous one in order to increase awareness for possible partners. Don't get me wrong i would be like yourselves, very happy with an RNS. Let's see what we have instore for us this week.

The delays have been frustrating for all.  The situation in Iran is exceptional which makes it all the more exasperating.
Considerable progress has been made on various of the contract opportunities.  We are not at liberty to expand on the inner workings of those negotiations, as I am sure you can imagine.

How much more information do we need to supply. No movement whatsoever. An RNS to pacify us. Total corruption in imo.

I have been saying this all along. What is the point of presentations?. To raise awareness for either a partner or takeover. I think that is the game plan.

Hi Clumpet. Like you i have been stung good over at mysq. Lets hope we get something back there. I have been rather upbeat about AAOG. I guess as the saviour towards recouping some my losses. The last thing I want is further dilution. No issue with having a few frogs as long as there's a princess somewhere in there. Goor luck to us all.

First of all i am a long term investor therefore derampers cannot effect me. In fact they can benefit myself and likewise investors to top up at decent prices. However my burning question is why do we need additional funding if we are owed £10mill. Should we not seek to retrieve those funds before any dilution or obtaining any loans?. It seems to me that that the remaing part of the £6mill + £10mill should be more than ample to see them through to production. Further more it was stated when they first raised the original £5mill that they would probably use part of and it was never intended to use all. So most of the £6mill should be intact or did they suddenly have one hell of a party prematurely.

A thought that this meeting/ presentation to be held tomorrow is to raise awareness for potential partners.

I think this has future takeover prospect written all over it. I'm in for the long term.
