Gordon Stein, CFO of CleanTech Lithium, explains why CTL acquired the 23 Laguna Verde licenses. Watch the video here.
By the sounds of it they have enough money to drill and do an appraisal well totally of 2.5million- taking it to production.
A production plant there cost between 10-15 million, which would pay for its self in a year.
He has done some interviews, the crux one is good and he1 are talked about. He is very keen to not dilute share holders and keep the market informed.
Well that’s not even close to be right, we drilled another hole after those figures and had to pay the extra money we owed BH.
They wouldn’t of had much left, hence the raise after the drill. I don’t know how long the 4.7m would last them but I doubt it would cover any more holes.
Maybe it would cover a well test?
Leematt- you post a lot about the same thing even though when you first posted here you said you wasn’t going to buy in and was looking at noble instead. Do you have any shares here?
While I understand what you are saying in your posts and it is possible you are right, I have a different view.
To me the rns released recently was the accounts and the rest of the results, by releasing that and tidying up the house keeping if you like - allows them to speak to over companies and share details.
They have a habit of surprising people, when you think they are done for they then come out better than before.
At worse holders keep hold of their shares until news come along, but if they do pull a rabbit out of a hat I personally don’t want to be out of this one yet.
Don’t think noble will use our drill for their shallow drilling, they can use something else for a lot less money. Think they are drilling around 85 meters deep.
If we are renting it out - which I am not a fan of but if we are it must be for something a bit more than what noble needs.
What happens if the drill breaks down while drilling a hole for someone else? Does He1 have to cover the cost of that kind of thing or the customer?
Just seems like an unnecessary risk at this point if it has the potential to wipe out any cash they do have.
They have just released an rns, apparently the gas column they think they have is a lot wider than they thought. So even though it’s 10 or 15 meters deep it covers a big area.
Hopefully you get your money back and more
Your choice and understandable, no one is forcing you to buy here, it is still a big risk for a big reward.
Most here know that but have choose to invest as they feel it is worth it, one thing I would say is LB isn’t one for lying and pumping things, if you watch her recent interviews you will see that.
I am happy to wait and see where this goes, I do think what ever happens things will take time but hopefully when the next rns does land we will all know where this is going to end up.
They already had third party lab testing done on site, they don’t need to send anything off.
She did say that they will be sending some samples but they are not waiting on these results for the next move as they already know what they have.
Would just be nice if they could share that with us investors so we can all relax about it all, just want to hear her actually say or write in an rns - discovery ,commercial and estimation of how many billions it’s worth.
Justathought, what’s with the 75% to the government?
Do you know that is incorrect or is it a honest mistake?
I can’t remember the exact figure off the top of my head but I do know it is closer to 13/16% - that is also on profits that we sell. If we don’t make money they don’t make money.
Happy to find the documents for you if that helps.
Sammy, we all know it will take more money and time from here. Some of us have been here for years already.
But with a JV I would expect most of the cost to be covered in the deal by the third party and as for sp, I believe we are still well undervalued.
Obviously we need more information to put a price of the sp but no reason that couldn’t achieve 7p - 10p in the short term if all goes well.
At 10p most of the people here will be gone and the new lot of investors will be in taking this further.
I do wonder if LB had to agree to not releasing any information until after the shares land tomorrow, just seems a little odd that she has only done the one 5 min interview which was basically what was in the rns anyway.
Could start to get some news coming through from next week if that is the case, either way agree they have already sold the part they wanted to, wouldn’t be surprised if they are keeping them - they will probably have seen more of the data then we have been told.
This bit below was in that rns as well, very interesting stuff, we have helium and hydrogen and a way to possibly power a future plant all in one well.
During the DST, it was noted that the downhole temperature gauges detected elevated temperatures (>80°C) associated with the release of hot Basement fluids, and subsequently, helium. These temperatures are indicative of a low enthalpy geothermal well. This geothermal energy has the potential to result in either a direct use project or a binary fluid electricity producing plant. Which in turn could be utilised in a number of ways which may include powering several functions in the development and production phase.
Does make you wonder if they tested tai in the same way if we would have got better results, as it says below when it releases from the liquid it increases in concentration. Our 1% there may turn out to be higher.
