Difficult to say nightwatch but all the major housebuilders are in a much better position than the recession of 2008 .
They are cash rich with good land banks. in my opinion the likes of TW, Redrow, Barratts etc are all a good long term investment. GL . DYOR

The priority for all the housebuilders will initially be to complete all the houses that have been stood for the last 6 weeks and get the sales in which reduces WIP levels ( work in progress) .
Unfortunately for the groundworkers, release of new footings may not be for another month , but they will still have some work in finishing off the externals to houses, i.e flags , drives etc

Evening All. As an ex employee for over 20 years that was a victim of the recession in 2008 , I have always had an affinity with this share and other housebuilders , where I believe if you are patient they are a solid investment. Back in 2008 the share slumped to 4p as a result of the debt it was saddled with and indeed there was fear that it could go bust . Sadly I did not get in at this level as they then renegotiated the debt and recovered. Unlike then they are now cash rich with good land stocks bought at the right price and actively looking to buy more. It is nice to see such an informative and sensible chat board unlike some , particularly on the AIM. Good luck to to all invested and I am sure with some patience you will be rewarded

I also remember Ducatiman from years ago and i certainly value his advice and comments. Indeed I think I was a member of a share group with him , but I may be mistaken there. I also lost out to those crooks!!

admire your faith in this share , but you have been encouraging to buy ever since the heedy heights of over 2p. lot of people have been stung incl. myself who got out at 1.3p

Nor me - was in these for about 12months before losing my bottle and selling. Still high on my watch list though and do believe in the product. Like nootame was concerned about funding - maybe they have turned the corner GL
