SP Angel has published a new research note on Tekcapital Plc. Please click on the below title to see the full release:
Tekcapital Plc - SP Angel says SP Angel Spec Sits: Lucyd: Success in Retail Distribution (TEK LN)
Interesting theory @Gheko - Mr Kight's listed business is Computer Risk Management, which trades as Printerland (a print consumables business). I don't think this company is in keeping with the Tekcapital investment philosophy - he is probably just a smart investor IMHO (there is a small probability that he has could have something else unlisted up his sleeve that Dr Gross is interested in!).
These have been purchased on the open market (the 100,000 and 50,000 tranches you have been observing over the past weeks). As such there will be no re-basing of stakes held as the total share count remains at 130.8M.
Interesting character, Mr Kight. From his various profiles (start at Companies House) he understands how to run and invest in SMEs.
Seaman - some light reading for you:

New information (at least for me) coming out of today's presentation: half year results coming in week commencing 16th August; material information expected for portfolio companies in the next 60 days; NFTs (non-fungibke tokens) are a key area of focus in the project pipeline.
Interesting times ahead!
Thanks for sharing Chile - it's smart to get extra marketing by offering the product for free with $500 share purchases! Buying TEK shares right now offers better exposure to Lucyd as the Lucyd asset value on Tek's books is still based on the previous round of funding. I am looking forward to the NAV uplift in August!
