I agree with Pacha, no ones buying Mt and not getting the Rosgeo JV mines, Mt comes with the JV mines as a sweetener IMO, WK could well go to another party (Lesego) or even remain with EUA.
Struggle to find another explanation for dmitry leaving the BOD other than a sale of some capacity. Can’t see how these recent developments weren’t in the pipeline prior to his exit.
Dealer55- finally someone else addressing the elephant in the room
I said the same thing earlier. Doesn’t make sense unless the non binding offers were very low-ball....the fluff about working directly with (what we assume to be) an OEM car manufacturer seems desperate
TOCK that made me chuckle, best of luck to you. Hope for all shareholders sake we see a conclusion soon
just based on the fact we had an update within 2 weeks of the new year so i'm allowing that amount of time into this quarter
Going to be a real shame to sell these shares next week but you have to ask yourself how long you can hold without accepting the possibility the FSP has failed.
We've all liked to think there have been certain deadlines and they've all passed over and over again, the company's been on the market for 18 months and now in the 10th month of a FSP. No other company on the takeover panel has gone anywhere near this length of time without an offeror.
Well they updated us within 2 weeks of the new year which marked 6 months of the FSP, maybe they'll update within 2 weeks of the 9 month mark which would be 14th April at the latest.
To be fair, nothing has shifted it too much the last 6 months barring the index buying, we had the monch flanks license.......nothing, we had confirmation of multiple non binding offers.....nothing
Strong Northerly winds approaching shipmates!!! Grab your oars and brace for impact!!! Double rations of grog for the first to spot treasure island!!!
I still believe a full sale is imminent. Eurasia have simply been very clever doing exactly what they do best.....exploration. 12,000 drill holes!? They haven’t been on this just for the last few weeks! Those fluffy comments about a district to rival bushveld all of a sudden have real substance. Was this a condition to move to binding for our buyer to commit to the district? State now have their cut too! Interesting timing on the RNS after hours on a Friday! Are we closing over the weekend?! Whatever happens it’s fantastic news we are now in bed with the Russian state IMO and it dispels all those dubious because “its Russia”
Am I right in thinking spread betting positions had to be closed soon? Could explain the recent bot fly infestation on deck
Did a child write this?
i have to agree with the despondency, it's safe to assume the non-binding offers were in well before the update in Jan, which in my opinion was imposed by the takeover panel due to the 6 months without any update on proceedings. Reading between the lines, best guess was that the BOD were working to quarterly deadlines, i think if we don't get an update by mid April i will be selling half my holding as it would IMO appear they are unable to convert to binding. Blaming travel restrictions and holiday periods is all well and good but it wasn't an issue to receive the non-binding offers so why is it taking such an inordinate amount of time to get to binding. Fingers crossed for the next week or 2.
these jumps after the bell are becoming a regular occurrence, starting to believe there's some skulduggery going on here
Good question- I'll take a punt on Lesego, James goes full circle and amalgamates the 2 entities, NN takes Monch
you'd think if its not going to close this quarter they would update again, the update in Jan was written as if it had already gone on longer than expected
RMR- the last time i checked i was under the impression it had been updated only a few months ago but perhaps you're right. I get the feeling he uses big brash language to draw in punters then when you pay the subscription you're probably let down by nothing of any substance in the content, that being said, the fact that i want to know what was said i guess proves his method could work as some may resort to paying to see.
