You can just buy them in PAL in 1 day or even one week - has taken since Monday 16 December 2019.
You possibly could but the share price would rocket upwards if someone was trying to buy 43M shares in 1 go.
Just worked out if KLK get the extra 43m shares at an average of 1p each to take them to 75% holdings.
If they offered 7p per share for the remaining 89m shares it would be the same cost to themselves as their original 5p offer £6.6m.
KLK Holdings 224m - offer of 5p per share for the remaining 132m shares equals £6.6m
Say they Aquiried another 43m shares at average of 1p each £430k
KLK Holdings 267m - Offer of 7p per share for other 89m shares equals £6.2m plus £400k purchase equals £6.6m
Worth bearing in mind that 68m of the remaining 89m shares are in the control of 3 people / entities
I think if they did it that way they wouldnt annoy the remaining major shareholders and us private investors would be very happy with a 7p return per share
ALL IMO
Loving the rise in SP today, taking it to the highest Value since June 2015.
Despite this lots of nice buys including 3 trades totalling around £1m at 72.5p.
Last filed accounts show revenue is increasing despite the previous uncertainty over the entire construction Industry, IMO all down to the focus of the business being aimed at the right markets at the right times and some nice acquisitions that add to the Speedy Portfolio.
Obviously the majority of the market increased today but Speedy's main competitor stagnated SP wise.
Lets hope for more of the same in the months and years to come.
How to lose £430 in 6 minutes, Ouch
I've just been checking and in the last 15 months we have raised around £2.7m with the issue of just under 12b shares.
We've still got another 2.4b of warrants to exercise although 2b of those are at 0.000375 and would raise £750k .
There are minimal 0.00025 warrants around £95k worth.
I think once all those are execised we have around 20b shares in issue and a mine with around $600m worth of indicated resources (Not including Copper Obviously)
At that rate each share is worth around 0.25p (correct decimal placing)
Think maybe it's time to stick this one in the cupboard and wait for a buyer.
Thanks Brick, I Can well do without those thoughts, but your probably right knowing our BOD.
Dont forget Guys, each extra pence on the share price is worth around £300k to JW
A Sale at 35p nets him just under £11m, anything over 32p nets him over £10m (always a good number to keep in mind)
ho5e it has to be butter before cream, then Jam (preferably strawberry)
Sorry Guys just have a question on this as I was looking at it a few weeks ago.
The SP plunged from around 55p to 4p (ish) in August 2019 (2 months ago) and now Bidco are making an offer of 10p per share.
I know this is AIM but what exactly are your BOD trying to pull here there selling the company around 20% of it's value just 2 months ago.
Thanks
Fever, it seemed the entire construction industry SP went crazy yesterday as nearly 20 companies I'm watching in that sector increased sp by 10% or above.
It was after dividend payout deadline day but still made me go wow.
IDE (Because I'm underwater in it so will average down)
Kier (They have ridden out the bad stuff, regularly getting good contract wins, good turnaround plan)
Unsure on the 3rd yet as there are several I am looking at.
applegarth, he can't be that skint if he can afford 12 shares.
I've got so little funds available that 1 share would stretch me to breaking point.
I'd imagine due to the 185m of purchases already today.
Fingers crossed anyway :)
Rhodi, with Amer you have to wonder which Fri though !!
I missed all the BUYRED messages thankfully.
However we appreciate the time and effort you put into sifting through laborious documents that would send many of us to sleep.
Keep up the good work and hopefully we and the SP can now move onwards and upwards.
Think I was invested in that one as well
