Why would anyone do something sensible like that? Anyway, EU has 400 Billion fund for these matters and offtake partners of the size of VW and Panasonic ( i think they were also mentioned) have enough to get a plant up and running, 2 Million was mentioned, pocket change in the grand scheme of things.

If the process is efficient and scalable then i can see an offtake partner biding for the company, 10bags is under £70million, which is a drop in the ocean to a big car company to secure its future as a manufacturer that can produce EVs. Even if its not a car company but a pure battery manufacturer looking for a guaranteed supply of cleanly produced Lithium.

But i did not find any family owned German battery manufactureres on the list posted here a couple of weeks ago, only two quite big family owned German car companies. VW and BMW respectively, 1st and 3rd by size on that list.

Any contracts to supply any industrial sized need for Lithium will be of scale and for a significant duration, £70million would be a cheap mcap for such an important company.

that's the question isn't it , will we hear about contracts and offtakers etc. until the brines are processed and the whole of stage 4/5 are complete.
