I asked you a question. Clearly from your response you do not regard ECR as a Fraud or a scam, you just don't trust the company. So that's a relative positive from you. We'll have to wait and see if you are humbled or not.

Baileysea, are you telling us that ECR is a complete fraud? Is this whole company a complete scam, presumably nobody is benefitting from such though, so why? What is the point of ECR, why would they make all of this up, it is obviously a great concern that they are choosing to do this. Do you have a reliable source for your information? Thank you.

According to the ECR presentation costs are predicted to be as follows:

"Estimated daily costs of operations, inclusive of diesel and 2 personnel would be around A$3k per day which ▪ At the current gold price, production of around 0.6 oz/day would cover overheads*".

That is around $2,000 USD per day against a $5k/oz gold price. No idea if this will run 7 days a week, but have to assume so? You'd have to hope that they can average an oz a day minimum, not least to allow for any mishaps. The costs are fixed irrespective of what they can successfully dig up. Also the plant has it's absolute limits on how much dirt can be processed v gold in situ. It's going to be a very interesting month or so.

The bottom line here is a basic choice:

Accept Coco's opinions as being educated, well informed and the most likely outcome and accept that ECR are just lying their way through the videos.

Or...

Believe the outcomes will be near enough as stated by ECR in their RNS releases and promotional video interviews.

It would be just as easy to suggest Coco is being paid to unsettle investors as he/she does to suggest there are paid rampers amongst us. Why does this need paid rampers, the few pi's actually on here are of no consequence to the outcome for ECR?

ECR is a punt, and why not? Their history is woeful. I'm sure most punters are aware of this. More the fool anybody for not checking their history. But it doesn't mean there isn't money to be made. Ramping, deramping or whatever. It makes no difference. It's going to be down to ECR actually making this work, even if it's just digging dirt with a JCB. But it is a pure punt.

Well if ECR were to become big it could be a different situation. But it's very much just an 'if' currently. Time will tell.

The wouldn't be able to keep that a secret. ECR need to make it alone, or fail. With gold nudging $4,500 they really ought not stuff this up!!

Not least ECR will be operating a couple of Tonka Toys in comparison.

With the best will in the world, why on earth would Newmont be interested in ECR? ECR are digging up a tablespoon of gold, Newmont operate in the billions.

At the current gold price ECR really would have to be exceptionally incompetent to stuff this up. There has to be hope...

Noting that a recent RNS suggests the the Raglan mining infrastructure was worth the asking price alone and may be redeployed to BM. Could Raglan therefore be treated as a short-term project? Is it reasonable to assume that the experience gained over 15 months at Raglan will equate to a more rapid commencement at BM?

Cocobeans - have you ever considered that you're frustration with this situation is acting more as a deterrent in itself, rather than 'educating' investors. As far as I can see posting on both here and ADVFN is relating to news from RNS, not from a gullible response to supposedly paid PR. What basis of proof is there that posts on here are being paid for as you suggest, presumably by ECR themselves? If investors get overly enthusiastic about official news, so what. Or are you actually implying that the paid PR is actually misleading RNS reports. I'm just trying to build a bigger picture here.

Cocobeans - so what are you wanting? All investors to sell and write ECR off as a potential investment? Would you prefer that people do not hold the shares? Clearly ECR have been raising funds for years, without doing so they'd be over. Finally this may just be on the cusp of something truly worthwhile. But as with anything to do with mining the risks are always lurking.

You're misunderstanding this, the licence renewal is centred around 2027 not 2026.

Presumably the vendors have decided to cash in early and not pursue a career in mining. If Raglan was making money hand over fist for them, it would be costing ECR an awful lot more to acquire. The thing here is that ECR clearly think they can make this work and extremely well too.

There was a huge risk of failure hanging over WTI, it made it a big gamble to invest. But had they resolved the issues and Kitumba worked out - well who knows where it may have gone. But I think the BOD were clutching at too many straws and in the end gave out the wrong signals to investors. But will they continue - what of the rescue package - investors truly shafted if that happens. You'll not be the only one SimonShares.

If the mooted rescue package is still being discussed (they sounded like it had already been implemented) I think investors have a right to know the full story here. Seems like another WTI case of 'pulling the wool....'

But what of the delisting - is it not the case that whatever the outcome, shareholders are going to get the worst deal first?
