Hi Crude. It’s been stated here with mundane regularity that the LTHs have disappeared with profits pocketed and headed for the hills. As one of the afore mentioned (2011) I’ve weighed the reality of the situation we now find ourselves in and am as determined as ever to stick to my plan of taking whatever comes with the end game. I take on board all views from all sections of the B.B. and respect each and every ones individual views and positions. As someone who is in until the end no matter what, I decided a long time ago to stick to my plan come what may and refrain from comment until we can smell progress on the beginning of the end , which is nigh. On balance I still believe the risk, albeit very high, is worth taking given the potential reward . I could lose something or everything, recover some of my outlay or could gain jaw dropping returns. I’ve met all the board face to face and on on several occasions. They are all working toward the same goals and dreams as me thus we are mentally and emotionally aligned to the end game. We also know that the drill bit does the talking and no matter what trust we place in the team, they are ultimately at the mercy of the geology as are we. I have yet to meet a more dedicated and hard working team and I have no doubt they are taking as much risk out of the scenarios as possible but at a very basic level we are all gambling our hard earned cash on what lays beneath c4km of Moroccan geology. It’s as binary as that. Get gas or oil or both and lives are changed. Hit nothing on all three drills and we sell at whatever price we can get for the gas we have found plus seismic and potential targets for future exploration. Everything else is noise and as we look toward an exciting but nerve wracking commencement of drill activity, I for one LTH of 7 years am happy to allow the programme to unfold in due course and in whatever time it takes to uncover whatever we may or may not have. Crude, You, I and others have known all along this would be a long and frustrating road but the fundamentals have not changed and in spite of current SP, I feel we are on the very cusp of seeing whether the potential is unlocked. Forget date of LE, what matters are the drills and what they offer, the rest will follow if gas is found in commercial quantities and then it’s not a case of when but a case of how much. Let the games begin ! Dix
