Nuri Lloyds and hsbc are down after results nwg are slightly up Barclays are up about six per cent

It is the same with hsbc up about one per cent now down good results but no buyback another trade I got badly wrong have a substantial investment looking like I am going to write of several thousand pounds on this

Sorry I got my calculations wrong down Lloyds down nine per cent from the peak of 50p hsbc down eleven per cent from the peak of 450p Aviva down nine per cent from the peak of 425p Barclays down nine per cent from the peak of 190p

For balance other financial stocks have fallen more in percentage terms than Lloyds from there recent peaks hsbc Aviva even Barclays there is just a general malaise in the reopening trade at the moment Lloyds is currently down 7 per cent from the peak of 50p

Faulkes I agree there is nothing to drive this higher apart from the Dow Jones which is already looking like it has peaked

It is just a modest trade for me that has gone wrong looking like I am going to be a long term holder lol
