The loser for last week's charity livestock has yet to pay the ten pounds to the charity

It is similar for other traders who have a pot of 500000 pounds or more for trading who don't come onto the bulletin boards the rewards are there so are the risks a 4 per cent swing in either way can mean a 20k profit or 20k loss
