Lynus Corp is worth £1.35b and is on an upwards trajectory producing 5.5k tonne a month.
MP minerals £1.2b and again will be a US listed barometer to capture additional market value, producing 6k a month.
The BFS should emphasize a high grade carbonate and significant EBITA. Looking likely at the lower end of the cost curve.
With the CEO suggesting a £400/800m market cap to relate to its peers (peers value has increased 20% since the interview).
So it’s not unrealistic to see a share price of £4/5 a share and that doesn’t allow for expansion of capacity or commodity prices.
Mine construction is set to take less than 18 months as per admission document, Covid allowing, from first quarter of 2021.
We have additional upside from Coola exploration block, off take agreements and a Joe Biden presidency creating a $2T green stimulus, the story is about to be seriously derisked over next 2 months.
