A slightly harsh appraisal Sdyas, however I do feel that peoples expectations have been unrealistically raised by George, ALBA is (Amongst other things) a Gold exploration company, NOT!! a Gold production company, therefore it is realistic that no Gold has been produced. ALBA are searching for and then proving up Gold bearing ore, this may or may not end up with anything at all , that's the exploration game. George however is playing a "Hype" game, he has to keep the Gold fever going, that's his job, stop looking at this through rose tinted glasses, its a gamble, PS:- The waste tips are just that, 4000 tons at an average grade of 1.7g per ton (Albas own figures) yet George has whip up a frenzy by announcing very high grade individual samples, put your thinking head on and invest for what it is
Ocelot, indeed ALBA have a lot of plates spinning and a lot of potential, however they dont have a lot coming in and filling the ALBA coffers, the bottom line is, does the SP rise on potential or does it rise on achievements
Lots of structures to play with on Block 8, I sincerely hope they don't mess this one up, all to play for here
Block 8 Deeps:- 2823sq Km contract area, cost $60m from future production at $5 per barrel

Well P-2:- Drilled 2019 Depth 3449m Sholkara structure

Nookie, you need to re-read the RNSs, average grade 500g/T are you having a laugh, the average grade across the waste tip was 1.7g/t these are ALBAs own figures, released in their RNS, forget individual high grade samples which could extrapolate to ridiculous figures 1.7g/t over approximately 4000 tonnes, do your own calcs
Formerlyeasyp, the NCZ starts approximately 300m from the bottom of the already dug Morris shaft, head frame and winding gear in place (Winding gear in need of refurb) Morris shaft is full of water which has accumulated since maintenance was stopped (The water has been tested as clean and suitable for discharge) it has very minimal water ingress
Kheldar, if you are listening to the same grapevine as me, the new sidetrack on 142 "may" have failed because of water ingress, it also may be fixable, disappointing yes, but not the end of the world
Gosh, this is getting tedious, keeping the faith and hoping and praying and crossing my fingers and said hello to some magpies and thrown some money in the wishing well and knocked on some wood and searched through my lawn mower cuttings for some 2 leaved clover
Noobz/prentice have you done your own calculations on the waste tips? using ALBAs own figures released in their RNSs. Average grade across the whole tip (Not individual high grade samples) multiplied by gross tonnage
Good morning, hope you are keeping well, 2024 is the year for CASP, I still can not figure out what is going on at CASP, with so many opportunities to produce huge quantities of oil, yet we are languishing around the 2k BOPD, we have everything for this to become a major oil producer, except perhaps the BOD
