(HMDC). Since first oil in 1997 WGPSN has been providing these services and according to the company, the contract is still a cornerstone of WGPSN business in the region. Hibernia was the first producing field off Canada’s East Coast.

Agree, top company! I started a retirement plan with them two years ago! Just wish I had started buying shares on a regular basis, they were 400p back then. Now I'm on a 25% paper loss in useless AIM stocks! Big lesson learned. Will divert some funds this way if I ever get back to even with my AIM losers. Well done to all invested here.

Babcock International has signed a maritime support delivery framework (MSDF) with the Ministry of Defence (MoD). Under the £2.6bn agreement, which replaces the warship support modernisation initiative contracts, Babcock will continue to provide services at HMNB Clyde and HMNB Devonport to March 2020. The MSDF agreement will also cover a number of surface ship projects which will be delivered through the surface ship support alliance. Around £600m of the contract value is already included within the group's order book so the new contract arrangements add around £2bn to the order book. "As the UK's leading naval support business, this new contract enables Babcock to provide both continuity and development of the range of activities and services delivered to the MoD and Royal Navy," a statement from the group read. "It also allows Babcock to develop further its operations across both naval bases at Clyde and Devonport to continue to deliver savings to the MoD."

Wood Group PSN (WGPSN) has secured a contract with Woodside in Western Australia which boosts Wood Group’s maintenance and brownfield project portfolio in Australia. The scope of work includes the engineering, procurement and construction management (EPCM) services on Woodside’s Karratha Gas Plant Life Extension Program, as well as providing modification and refurbishment services to Woodside’s Production Projects Group across all their onshore and offshore assets.

Your missing the point, the banks thought it was all over with PPI...and we think it's all over now the deadline date has passed. This will take sometime to resolve. I'm hoping for a recovering SP as my average is in the 20's all I'm saying is I'm not ready to average down just yet. GLA

How rude are you! So it's not relevant that they can be asked to re open cases. I bet the banks thought it was all over, just like we do since the redress deadline day has passed. Just don't get too carried away since the deadline is only just passed. Sorry if it's not relevant to you, but it sure makes me cautious about averaging down my holding just yet.

Dutch yard Damen Shiprepair Vlissingen, part of Damen Shiprepair & Conversion was responsible for a major upgrade of the Rowan Viking, owned by the U.S.-based drilling contractor Rowan Companies. The scope of the project involved the extension of the three legs by 10 metres to 180 metres, a five-yearly special periodic survey and bringing the rig up to standard for the AoC (acknowledgement of compliance) certification required by the Norwegian authorities, as the rig will be used by the Swedish oil company Lundin to drill on the Norwegian continental shelf.

Banks and credit card providers are reopening two and a half million old PPI complaints after unfairly rejecting or underpaying victims, the regulator revealed today. The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) says firms have agreed to reassess more than two and half million complaints from 2012 and 2013. It's the banks themselves, which have identified the claims that will be reopened. So there are no specific details on how to tell if your claim is affected.

I think it goes back to when they had the share save option for employees back in 2000 ish, each employee were given free shares with an option to buy regular amounts at 60p. The militant workers refused to take any free shares. Some took them and sold out at 1.20 and made a nice profit! The smart ones will still be holding them.
