I think we all need to realise that Covid is still going to be playing a massive part in this company's fortunes and that cash flow is required for this reason and no doubt other reasons too. Digging in the wrong place won't have helped. I'm glad the finance is with Blackrock and not Atlas I must say and I agree with those who believe that they would not throw good money after bad. I also agree with the warrants comment about it not mattering so much right now and they are effectively free money. I bit like Man United saying we'll give you an extra £10M when we win the champions league in the next decade - not gonna happen.
I think we need to focus on the company and stop bashing each other. Just because one person didn't think it was too bad an RNS doesn't give anybody else the right to destroy them on here.

wow what a day. I'm honestly amazed that the sp hasn't dropped more today. I read the rns and my finger was hovering over selling some today. I didn't in the end as i was only offered 0.18 and it had calmed by 8.30 really.

I don't see an issue with the grade - we have the JORC. It's clearly an issue with the plant which hopefully can be ironed out quickly.

I would like to think that if we do have some good numbers from Q2 or even average numbers plus a good July to date run rate, then the share price would respond accordingly.

I would like to think that if the numbers are good enough to support the debt levels, then the market value of the company should move up (in time) relatively quickly to the value of the debt as it can be repaid. That would be a market cap of around US$55 million I think which would be £45 million or so and an sp of 0.65. And that should be just a base, never mind the excess value of the project over debt required to start it.

Well, indeed. It is disappointing, but I am sure you will agree probably not the fault of W. I can appreciate that authorities all over the place will have been run off their feet over the past 3 months or so and there will be a backlog to deal with, but HMRC in this country have prioritised reclaims for corporation tax, income tax and CIS - certainly they are currently moving faster in this area than the prior year!! So, that said, why shouldn't Spain be doing the same. Hopefully they are.

Ref the dilution, that's how I read it too, which is nearly half the market cap. Hopefully it is only the amount that has been drawn down that can be converted and even more hopefully we won't need to use this 'buffer'.

Yep absolutely. I was hoping for 330 but perhaps I'm wrong by hoping rather than expecting. big difference lol. Reading other comments here perhaps it will be more like 200 or so. Either way, if we have working capital to get through the next 4 months then ok. The bank has also previously permitted capitalisation of interest payments which is good news.

The one concern I have with Wres is the finance and the ability to make interest payments in the current climate.

To a certain extent the recent RNS has allayed my fears. Also the placing for £756k eased the worry. I just hope that we get through this OK.

I think taking it private as I think inky suggested won't happen. It will be difficult to get finance I imagine. So finance is a bit of a double edged sword!

There would be 2 valid reasons for you to gloat. a) this fall is wres specific or b) your basis for saying the sp would fall all this time was Covid 19 and not wres specific.

Agreed. There will be a lot of shares hitting lows right now. On my other holdings i see a lot of posters taking advantage of Covid and declaring they knew the current lows would happen. Fact is if everything is down then it's macro factors not micro. It's sad that the few people who have nothing good to say are dining out on a health crisis frankly.

Anything less than 300 tons for Q1 and I'll be disappointed I've got to be honest. Not enough to sell out obviously as Q2 APR to JUN is scheduled to be more productive. The sp just needs a rocket up its whatsit that's all.
