Roundtable Discussion; The Future of Mineral Sands. Watch the video here.
It also talks about treatments - not mentioned SNG anywhere which is interesting. Slightly biased towards antibody treatments and immunotherapies.
Anyone interested can read the following, breaking down the pharma, biotech and medtechs response to COVID-19 .
Breaks down the various efforts of the main vaccine front runners and may enlighten on who has received what funding and chances for success.

I'd like to highlight that SNG will be swamped with actions right now, they are a small set-up. They'll be fielding interest from pharmas, journos, politicians, regulators, clinicians... you name it!
I hope and expect that they have a laser focus on two key priorities, publishing the peer review and discussions with regulators. If that is all done well, everything else will fall in to place - pharmas will be scrambling for a deal, politicians will be scrambling to secure doses and investors will be scrambling for further involvement.
If the science and clinical elements are done right, everything else will evolve nicely. So far, SNG and the SLT there have done just that. GLA
Apols - realised Sparkle made this exact point. +1 for you my man
Please also consider that a vaccine is far from a cure. Seasonal flu mutates and requires new vaccines every season. So for now and a considerable amount of time moving forward, COVID will be around in some form or another.
Both treatment and vaccines are needed, they are not mutually exclusive.
"ragz, my take on trumps musings about kodak, were that the funding was largely for the production of the ingredients that go into generic production to drive down cost of the generics like anti-inflammatories for arthritis and tamoxifen for cancer etc etc and about bringing generic production back into the USA from India etc. Nothing much to do with virus therapeutics?"
100% right Sparkle. Last nights press conference was a spouting of 'MAGA' initiatives to help him try and win the presidency again. No genuine therapeutics details were shared. No real news that boosts nor threatens SNG was shared IMO.
Ditto
MMGames - Net Scientific isn't on the radar personally. I've not been impressed with their SLT over the years I have known them, which gives a bias opinion to not invest personally. Not looked at the fundamentals so good luck genuinely if anyone is in there.
Glad to hear your finger works... you seem to be also involved in 'hot' COVID stocks (as I am ). I suppose stones and glasshouses apply.
Careful with your 'rainbow chaser' remarks. You just turned up here on Friday did you not?
A diversified portfolio is key as well as an individual's appetite for risk. No golden nugget (excuse the pun). I'm in gold, biotech and tech.
100% correct John. As I said initially, before being accused of spreading misinformation, their involvement is a significant positive and they are prolific in Healthcare and Tech.
Feel free to correct your accusations Miko, in the interests of accuracy and assisting others reading this BB.
Yup
Thanks, Brucie.
Miko - have you cross-referenced the names on the RNS with Venrock? Please do not accuse of misinformation. Do some further background reading.
Thanks, John.
Their pedigree is solid and for me, their involvement here is a very solid sign. Their portfolio has a track record of large Pharma exits - says it all doesn't it... :-)
Do some reading on Venrock if in doubt. GLA
I have come across them on multiple occasions - but I attend key Biotech events such as JPM's Healthcare event in SFO.
But hey, what do I know...
Miko - The RNS lists Venrock's team. Have a look https://www.venrock.com/team/
Venrock are a fund.
Juno BTW did a nice exit to BMS btw
