This momentum is very encouraging and quite rightly deserved. Nice to see the SP really move on some news which rightly is very bullish.

Those long long loooong term holders, like me, who averaged down heavily will certainly have a spring in their step today. Congratulations and look forward to where the SP takes us.

Rockfire Resources plc (LON: ROCK), the base metal, precious metal, and critical mineral exploration company, is pleased to announce an offer to its existing retail shareholders via CMC CapX (the "Retail Offer") of new ordinary shares of 0.1p each in the capital of the Company (the "Retail Offer Shares").

In addition to the Retail Offer, the Company is also conducting a placing and subscription to raise £0.45 million before expenses (the "Placing and Subscription"), consisting of a total of 440,000,000 new Ordinary Shares (the "Placing and Subscription Shares" and together with the Retail Offer Shares, the "Fundraising Shares"). The price of the Fundraising Shares is 0.1p (the "Issue Price").

Long term holder here, just giving an informed and low level investors perspective. New investors will potentially be looking at this differently. Current SP and updated JORC has given real food for thought that there this Co may very well retain a significant upside and that those LTHs that have averaged down will be very much considering further averaging down based on current SP and the updated JORC figures. At least that is the position I find myself in.

Noob here to this situation. If not in a rush to cash in on profit and assume the deal goes through, then automatically will get cashed out at 620p? Risk is obvs deal not following through. Agree however things feel different and either competitive bids step in or deal is finalised. Please correct me if I assume incorrectly Thanks

Long time holder here, very pleased to see this taking solid shape after a challenging few years and an important pivot to pursing the OTC status. SP will continue to duck and dive courtesy of the MMMs but this is now a solid onwards share and I am pleased for all involved, especially the LTHers out there.

...will be independent of the US deal. The US deal will be more lucrative, and frankly doing that separately with an FDA nod in hand and some traction in the EU/UK will be far more advantageous to FUM. The EU/UK deal will be an appetite wetter for US chequebooks IMO.

Yup. -nice to see. I averaged down with a 1m+ buy last week as believed the same re oversold.

It was two years ago - during the Phase III surprise. I'll save the champus if this comes off :-)
