James Huddleston's holding was 20% with 1.4 billion shares = approx 280 million shares.
He know holds 165 million. According to https://www.sharecast.com/equity/Landore_Resources_Ltd/director-deals
Likely he has trimmed down,deservedly so after supporting lnd placings for years,so well done to him. The shares have gone to new investors likely a number of mr.sprotts associates or investors that didn't get in at the placing. While I'm in a well done mood .....well done to Bill Richard and my favourite...Helen Green who I spoke to recently. Great work.

Feel very positive about it cos whoever took them is likely a new investor and in it for significant profit from this level. Feel we now on the next chapter. (No library inference intended).

Tr1's will hopefully shed some light. Either way 63 million traded and no price movement really so whatever shares have gone into a new investor which is really positive.

Plus.....and I might be wrong.....but I'm not sure you need to issue a TR1 until you finished buying. Whereas shares hit market Tuesday I thougj FCA rules were 2 days to tr1 if UK stock....4 days if non UK stock....anyone else know?

I think anything 1.1 and above is a buy.
