Not sure how complex these deals work, but in the real world, you can invoice for goods supplied, but this royalty based commerce is different is it not?

From early on in the Sederma relatiionship it was always stated you could buy the lysate at cost from them and make your own products, When BTS was boiught it was then stated you could use their facilities to make your own products. What is the plan now the ingredient is launched?

The BTS facility at Driffield was not designed to manufacture pure lysate and it would be cost prohibitive to do so at the same scale that Croda can. Instead, Driffield has formulation capability and in theory we could take the lysate from Croda and include it in formulations produced at BTS.

Miton could have had 5, 6,7,10 II's or HNW's involved who would gladly stump up a few grand each at short notice? The smaller number of existing SUBSTANTIAL holders may have needed more time to put in additional cash, as it would be a substantial amount more per holder than the more diluted option of Miton's clientele?

All the buzz words associated with Zenakine ie. Skin-Sleep, Circadian rhythm etc, seem to be used more and more in the promo's for these products.
