Makes you wonder what all our licenses are worth on the open market

Pty limited agreed to buy 6 licences from Patterson resources. The consideration consists of aud 5 5 million

Excluding tax credits would investors be happy with the way the company has progressed over the past year.

The company is still the same and nothing has changed regarding the licences etc.

I like TS and others that have been here a long time was pleased with the progress the company has made over the past year. However it is not a good introduction to new shareholders who are probably losing money three weeks after they have invested. It is also a negative for people thinking at last they may make a profit having given up hope due to

previous history of continual raises etc.

Having said that lets wait and see if there is a reasonable explanation as to why the raise was made.

Could it be a JV is on the table and we have to put in our share of the costs re producing the gold early next year which we are hoping to mine. It would make sense if their were delays to Tx credit income and stage payments needed.

According to a poster on Voyage he has been given assurances that there will be no attempt by ECR to invest in or acquire Voyager.

When there was a change of personnel in the board of ECR i thought it was like letting the fox into the hen house,

A year in and so far i think they have done reasonably well considering what they inherited from previous board members.

This is only my opinion but i think we stick to what we are doing at present and concentrate in hopefully producing

a worthwhile resource. We have plenty on our plate with the various licences we have and if any of these bare fruit then we can look at other investments. Why diversify when we have limited resources at our disposal and any new money coming into the company with sold assets should be used to accelerate our exploration programme.

Surly investing in helium we are going to experience the same problems we have with trying to find gold. Trying to find a worthwhile resource with helium.

I don't know many people having invested in the states coming a way with a profit.

Eligible companies with turnover of less than 20 million dollars receive a refundable tax offset allowing the benefit to be paid as cash refund if they are in a tax loss situation. I assume we get a 25% refund as that would be the amount of tax we would pay if in profit. If that is the case then we should be able to increase our cash reserves by a reasonable amount of cash considering the amount of drilling we have undertaken
