dvharrison, I know where you're coming from, but far from a dead horse IMO. As for flogging, I'll join anyone that wants to flog the CEO in the street!
I think the next time he opens his mouth, it could well be a believable story!... the research indicates as such. GL.

OK, so my understanding about this plant is. It is effectively given a green light from all parties. Treasury approved the bonds, North Fork Community will release the money held in escrow on 28th Aug and it's up to NFCP LLC to put their tin hats on and get on with it. IMO, the PPA, being in limbo since the PG&E, should not be a hindrance. The treasury and the gov't (bill) are backing this so imo the PPA will get honoured whomever the utility provider.
The three partners of NFCP LLC must surely make an announcement by the end August?
So, the point of my posts is whilst Phoenix have been working on these for a number of years, I bet they can't wait to get the 1st one (North Fork) up and running. Having struggled to make progress (various stumbling blocks and red tape), EQT find itself presented with a partnership just as the 'go ahead' is imminent.
Based on the last few posts, the potential can not be underestimated.
I am by no means counting my chickens, but will certainly feel a lot happier once the formalities for North Fork are completed. I realise it's legally binding, but I'd want to see that RNS. Well, Greg Stangl mentioned before, people want to come and see the concept and 'kick the tyres' before committing. North Fork should be the proof of concept.
GL.
The environment Protection Agency published the following document, listing all these 'smaller' sized power plant: (see page 22):
https://archive.epa.gov/region9/organics/web/pdf/cba-session7-forest-bioenergy-sierras-carr.pdf
So, seems Phoenix are definitely involved in a number of plants as stated in our RNS, (it said identified FIVE).
We know one of the plants is North Fork. The 2nd, it would appear, is Willseville, as PPA's were offered for both at the same time:

This is not a ramp. For information only. DYOR. NAI.
Spent some time looking in to Biomass plants in California, Phoenix and how we may link in to all this.
A reminder that from the May RNS:
"Under the Agreement, the parties will seek to jointly develop biomass gasification power projects in the US, with five projects having already been identified. The target projects will generally be 2 to 3MW in size, with an estimated project value between US$15 and US$20 million each. Pursuant to the Agreement, once the parties have agreed to proceed with a project, EQTEC will provide its proprietary Gasifier Technology ("EGT"), together with technical design and engineering for the power plants and the parties will work together to secure the necessary funding to develop such projects."
and...
"The Agreement builds on the Company's strategy to focus on the recovery of clean energy from biomass, one of its three key verticals as announced on 15 May 2019. It also builds upon the existing relationship with Phoenix, as announced on 24 September 2018, with Phoenix already having chosen EQTEC's EGT for two power plants in California, with the design work for the first power plant having already been completed."
Let's see if I can help lift the gloom!...
With all my hassling via emails, I can share with you guys a response I have had from the California Treasury.... I shan't copy n paste the email exchange, but essentially confirmed that the Resolution for the Bond and Loan was passed!!!!!
They have not yet published the minutes on their website as they are awaiting approval @ the next Board meeting.
My contact confirmed that it was essential that the financing reached a closure in August as the tax exempt allocation expiry was 10th Sept.
Now We need to keep an eye on what NFDC or NFCP llc may have to say.
GL All.
In general I agree with King5hott.
As much as I'd like some details from their meeting, I fear, it will be just a case of all resolutions were passed. In which case, it means:
1. Financial restructuring will go ahead.
2. Name change and LSE listing will also proceed, along with potentially relocation of head office to Ireland.
There will still be a mystery re our relationship with them. If we were in any way affected, I'd like to think an EQT rns will follow. If we hear nothing from EQT, then Ebioss at some point will give time table and finer details of the LSE listing, i.e, will they make a public offering or place more shares with Insti's, de-listing from Madrid and LSE arrival.
Finally, re. Urbaser. King5hott, I wouldn't pin any hopes on that MOU. You should know by now what MOU's mean with EQT. Any project consideration under the MOU will take several months, if not years, to come to fruition......if not get kicked in to touch quietly.
I also fear that any joint work with Ebioss will take the back seat as they have enough distractions to keep them occupied....not that we got anywhere with them in the 1st place!
Was going over my collection of research links and had another read of this:
http://www.alignresearch.co.uk/eqtec/eqtec-expansion-us-markets/
"Following the news shares in EQTEC have risen to 0.62p but are down on recent highs of over 1p seen in May. The current price remains well short of our target price of 2.293p, which we set in our Initiation of Coverage note and maintain on the back of this latest news. With the potential for a further strong flow of news over the coming months we continue to see a number of possible near-term catalysts for the shares. Our stance remains at Conviction Buy."
I see that they longer tweet on EQT!
You know dealer, he's not doing his reputation any good with this sudden prolonged silence. It essentially makes it look like all his user-enthusiasm was linked to pleasing Altair & Co. All the warrants and placings + payments in shares needing cashing. Job done. To make it worse, a LARGE placing/restructuring at a low SP, he no longer needs to please any one for a while and conveniently has nothing to announce!
I just hope he has some conscience and has truly worked his butt off. News by end of month?. Just remember Ian, the company owners extend beyond Altair and directors.
Sorry to go on about it Solstace, but we shared this link a while back:
https://sierranewsonline.com/pge-bankruptcy-stalls-north-fork-biomass-project/
You can see the equipment in the field. Been there for a long time, well before we got involved. Hopefully we can progress soon.
Solstace, if that is significant (and I hope it to be), you'd think Phoenix would want their PR machine to mention that. Take a look at their dated website. Some of these companies are not quite helping themselves.
