With all our Bulgarian connections (via Ebioss) I hope our guys are on the ball with these tenders.

Sneaked in right at the bottom:
"Separately, the Company also updates shareholders that the commercial proposal made by the Company to the owners of the Usk Project, as announced on 9 April 2019, did not reach an acceptable agreement and the Company has no further interest in this project."
Excellent website of all headline news....

Solstace, here's further confirmation we're talking about the Suez plant MOU....
See these two links. Same site photographs (different angles) and the 2nd link Pic has the Suez Sign Board in front:

Solstace, When we discussed it originally, everything pointed to the same location, same operator and adjacent to the existing 2 Suez plants. 200,000 tonnes of RDF was mentioned each time. To the best of my knowledge we are talking about THIRD plant for Suez. The original media coverage showed the photographs of the existing two plants and then went on to mention EQTEC.
Further, I can't think of Billingham adding 2 more plants (Suez + a.n.other?)
Just filling some of the background to the Billingham Plant:

The points being:
- This was considered a goer back in December 2018 by Suez.
- It states 'due to open by 2022'
- Mou was announced (6 months exclusivity) on 8th May. Just over 3 weeks remain.
As research has shown, companies lose such contracts if unable to meet deadlines. 2022 is not that far away for this size of project.
Here's hoping EQT have done their bit diligently and proposals are approved by SUEZ.....be nice to get confirmation that MOU extended or that we've got the contract!
Hey smokin, Nah!....Couldn't survive on my fees in shares!
Hope they read the BB and take notes. You're right about their PR though. Apart from DirectorsGob and hype interviews, you see little promotional work. I have scoured many a seminars, conferences, etc. No mention, no presence. Still no mention for Eqtec in the North Fork media coverage. We're just 'a company in England' .... they even got that wrong!

Shows plenty happening out there. Our guys need to pull their socks up.
Another company, another plant mentioned here in the vicinity of North Fork. Not at all concerned by PG & E's woes.

...and seeing their salary in shares has halved, may be there'd be no x-mas presents in the Price and Palumbo families. If I remember correctly, one of the senior managers was taking ALL his fees in shares! So, they have a vested interest.
Hi Ian, There were all sorts of percentage figures floating around when we originally debated this . It was mentioned if owning above 40% then (as a listed company) they'd have to bid for the EQT. We had hoped for a reverse takeover too. But it appears Ebioss (as Akiles) are going off at a tangent, i.e., an investment vehicle. The worrying bit for me is that none of the investment criteria listed on their website make EQT a fit...... none. So, why would they keep our shares. Unless of course between now and their listing EQT becomes +ve EBITDA and debt-free!!. I really think it is a question for Palumbo to address to allay any concerns. May be someone will raise it at the AGM.
IMO, DYOR. GL.
So, based on their investment criteria, they ain't gonna be interested in EQT....
Characteristics of the target companies:
?

For those that want to keep an eye on Ebioss....
Confirmed that Akiles.eu is in fact the re-birth of Ebioss. From being under construction, the website is now more developed and if you click on 'shareholders and Investors' tab followed by the 'financial information' the 2018 Results PDF is Ebioss report!!
