Proposed Directors of Tirupati Graphite explain why they have requisitioned an GM. Watch the video here.
240m fine, according to Daily Mail.
But this is the purest of the British banks - according to Berenberger - recommendation buy, target price 240. Seems 240 is a recurring theme...
The hamburgers believe NWG benefits from a strong UK mortgage market and has double the interest rate sensitivity of Lloyds.
Add to that actions to reduce expenses by 4% annually, strong capital return prospects (of more than 10% annually), and inflation ramping up, makes you wonder why the target price is so low.
Only ISS I have ever heard of is the International Space Station.
Apart house broker, nobody is forecasting TPG to make a profit in the next 3 years. There is no PE, just a warning about going concern.
He must have read Fool and got worried - spoons is one of Fool's tips for September ...
Only 32 ? Based on revenue and profits, I arrived at 45 ... Guess they took into account debt and pensions.
Very positive. Market expectations exceeded. Clearly shifting up a gear LOL
"SAG either put up or shut up" ? Or if TPG not a going concern, then wait for next cash call or administrators ...
Saggy paid a full 25% premium to market price to get their 10%. Find it hard to imagine them paying a further large premium to secure control of company that may not be a going concern. Believe Cenkos thought break up value was 5.9, but even that looks optimistic IMO.
Looks like exactly 10% of shares in issue bought in one trade. Wonder who sold and who bought ?
Shares in issue 779.18m, single trade of 79,31m
Surprised that trade price was 5p, well above trading range for last few months. Love in the air ? Suitor perhaps ?
Please, I would like to join the Friday Club. Sadly, I am triscedecaphobic (fear of Friday 13th). Next Friday is Friday 13th, and I have to go to friends funeral (no kidding). So don't be surprised by my opening shot of 250. Hoping I survive next Friday to be proved wrong... Yanks are gagging for BP at moment cos of divi increase and buybacks. If it was not Friday 13th, I would go 330 (after 2pm).
So says CEO in 'Directors Talk' interview. Well worth a read in full. Shockingly positive from start to finish. Excellent stuff. https://www.***************************/renold-well-positioned-for-the-next-phase-of-development-lonrno/4121012197
BOE has finally removed restrictions on large UK banks paying divis. H1 results on July 30th, which is the anniversary of England winning the World Cup. IMO has to be an auspicious day with special divi announced.
Thought it referred to casual, sexual activity but turns out to be a long term contract to supply RN frigates. Looking forward to results on Friday, glad its not the 13th.
David Lindsay was given a 16-month sentence, suspended for two years, at Durham Crown Court in June last year after being found guilty at trial of malicious communication and perverting the course of justice. Just the man TPG needs ... Unfortunately, seems they have got someone else LOL
