Still not listed as an holding on H&L.
Apparently not trade-able by Jo Public on H&L or x-o (Jarvis).
Clearly marked on H&L “EX RIGHTS TODAY”, did notice some folks confusing the 20th (the day they set the rights price based on the share price on that day) and the actual day the purchase of NG shares is without the right to buy at 645p, today the 24th.
Latest news. Authorities in Iceland have downgraded the threat level from the volcano that erupted earlier this week, as officials said they could no longer observe volcanic activity at the site of the eruption.
I think the focus at the moment is the volcanic eruption now identified as likely to be at Grindavik. It's quite some distance from Verne, about 18m as the crow flies. Far enough away to be completely safe, but near enough for a panic sell. Even if the worst should happen, I'm sure it's insured and Verne Global is "almost" sold.
From the weekends papers and comments,:-
Buy’ bid target Digital 9 Infrastructure after 40% plunge, say analysts

Strangely (these offers usually appear when market closed), SVT offer opened at 8am and was open to all. It closed early at 10am with a "suggested" price of 2150p. Just a matter of waiting now to find out if I got any.

Probably, almost certainly zilch
Looks like this is the answer, snippet from Investors Week.
"The vast majority of the proceeds from the deal will go towards repaying £33.7m owed to Santander UK, with the firm stating that it was "highly unlikely" shareholders would receive payouts once costs were settled".
Nice to know Santander Bank will get it's money back, rather than the thousands of shareholders that were taken in by the Primary Bid fundraise.
data and analytics arms and its business outsourcing division.
The proceeds of the transaction will go towards paying MJ Hudson’s £33.7m debt owed to its senior lender, Santander UK. The company expects that further funding will be required to complete the sale of its business outsourcing division, which includes multiple regulated entities.
Is anyone out there familiar with this type of placing? Will Global Investment Strategy UK Limited be offering existing shareholders the usual option(s)/ do you have to contact them, will further RNS follow with dates etc.
Appreciated that current sp may be under strike price, but interested in the mechanics of this issue/placing
