Expecting a deal to be concluded very soon, but in the mean time, shareholders are entitled to question anything relating to their investment, albeit there are some on this forum who are not invested, but don't have much going on in their lives and they need the attention. People invest into a business based on their own research, and comments from the Board of Directors who say what they can to entice investors in. Some are thousands of pounds down, and rightly or wrongly have put the faith into this BoD. It's extremely condescending to have a pop at people "moaning". It's their right, as it's their money.

From what I have heard, the BoD got a little too greedy back in 2021, and could have taken a deal at a much higher price than we will get from this current sale (but they won't tell you that!), and Keith ignores most investors.

As I said, expecting the news to land at anytime now, but it's unfair to tell people to "Just Relax" - A deal is not done, until it's done.

Yes, it makes sense now as 10m options expired in 2020, hence the 130m.

Still a lot to expire come November.

The full year accounts state 139m options.

If you check 2020, it states 10m share options expired.

A few updates I would like to be clarified based on the 2021 Interims last year.

(1)"Wardell Armstrong International engaged in April for several comprehensive tasks including JORC resource

- (1) JORC Resource audits almost complete with the now "infamous" word - "Shortly" - Where did the audit go? What happened to shortly? Can we assume the results were not as good as they thought?

- (2) This proposal I am presuming is dead in water. Christian's comments "No material offers" confirms this.

- (3) Why have we not seen the block modelling reports? Again, are they negative?

- (4) Can we have an update ever of what this CEO has been doing or has done? Never heard a word since his appointment.

- (5) Again, the JV is completely silent. Even the transfer of the NYUD license is nowhere to be seen.

Really simple basic things to be honest, nothing extraordinary.
