Well surely the positive news will be acted on in the US market. Would that have a compound effect back on the UK ?

I just sold my 3k in Britvic and dumped it in Cine. Bought at 6.7p.

Plenty time previously we've waited for the US to come online. Plenty time I've seen it happen with no effect to the UK price.
Any thoughts on today?

Million dollar question. Where do you see this in months to come if cineworld get out of the bankruptcy protection and back on an even keel?
No long ago they were at 80p. Is 20p a more acceptable long term price?

Borrowing percentage doesn't look good!

I use the HL app for my shares and notice when anything exciting happens the spread on HL becomes huge almost as if they are trying to control what your doing.
Spread has been over 0.5p this morning. Is this normal or are HL at it?

I stupidly sank £6k into this just over a month ago and now it's worth £4k. I didn't do much research and thought the Post office was a pretty safe bet as it was already trading well below previous averages. Lesson learnt.
I've been 100% focused on Cineworld over this time.
I know there are postal strikes over pay etc but can someone summarise what is going on or offer a straightforward article on it.

Without going into the detail of Cineworld. Looking at all my other shares. Pensions, ISAs etc is any significant recovery achievable at the moment. I really hope it is but absolutely everything seems f*ked.

All the filter chat is childish as f*k. It's the school equivalent of not being in our gang. If you think what someone is saying is drivel move on or challenge professionally. I get away from this crap when my kids go to school in the morning.

Is there any news driving the current steep drop?

For Cinema goers, I don't see how home movie can ever be as good purely down to room size and screen size. I have watched in my local Costco over the years how flat screens have got bigger and bigger and bigger. They have hit a ceiling though, quite literally where the screen size is available to the customer but their living room isn't big enough to take it.
A day or night out to the cinema will always be a thing more many.
There's no replacement for displacement!

What about the run up to Christmas. Must be the profit generating time of the year for royal mail. You don't think that will help your low October predictions?
