I think the funding announcement needs to come or investment from EU or manufacturers which will benefit from the product. Company is similar to EMH but volume isn't as large. A joint venture with EMH would be the best outcome. MCAP is very low but like other comments have suggested, news flow can offer dictate the share price and the company need to keep the market informed of developments/progress. Can't see any downside for the moment just small changes but when it moves up, it will go with a bang as we have seen with other lithium miners on AIM.

When the market wakes up to this company and we start to see news flow , the share price will adjust accordingly. My view is that this is very cheap at the moment and a very good entry point. Lithium is the future.

Just considering the mcap of EMH compared to znwd, might be worth a punt at this stage if they get things moving in the right direction.

All good info. I'm invested in KNDC which I think owns 10-15% of EMH, so far so good.

Can anyone offer any advice on how EMH compares to Zinnwald Lithium PLC, re Marketcap, investment opportunity etc and how potential investment growth?

We currently own 15% of EMH which current value net to KNDC is £10 million

For those people that dont value this company, dont post on this BB, go somewhere else. I certainly believe this company has huge potential and will see it through for the long term.

The Offeror commits to acquire up to 29.9% of all outstanding shares of Company, based on results from 30 days acceptance period as mentioned above. If the acceptance threshold does not exceed 20% of all outstanding shares of Company, tender offer is not valid and the Offeror might reconsider conditions of the Tender Offer. If the Tender offer will exceed 20% acceptance threshold but does not reach 29.9%, Offeror will acquire equivalent to successfully tendered shares above 20% acceptance threshold.

DYOR - if you feel this is an investment for you then invest - no one who comments on here can predict the future, so why bother commenting it's pointless. If you like the fundamentals and possible prospects then invest. All investments are risky, some you win, most you lose, but that's life. I dont see the point of posting negative comments unless you have a motive.

If anyone checked APEC is a dubious Ltd company registered in London - chances are, that the shareholders and their associates have shorted PVR and LOGP and made substantial gains. For all the money paid to the directors of PVR - they should have seen this coming . Investors have again been shafted - never trust Chinese involvement - many AIM companies with Chinese influence have failed with investors losing a lot of money . This stinks

1 director - and probably very few or no assets - with chinese involvement this stinks.

Unfortunately I wouldn’t trust the BOD now the APEC energy enterprise Ltd was incorporated only last year not 2014 take a look at companies house and only has 1 director - no filings or accounts submitted - this is cause for concern.

My guess - stop losses triggered and MMs mopped up cheap shares again - ready for the dividend and next news flow - always drop this share on good news unbelievable
