I’m a strong buyer in this company but If this information is to be believed why aren’t we seeing an RNS from the company and keeping us shareholders informed of the developments ?

I wish i had some optimism

This certainly needs an update soon. On or around 30th November has past by a week now with no update. Come on board of directors - we need to know what's going on. We own this company and need to be treated respectfully.

There's going to be less of these shares around soon. With big buy back and dividend, what's not to like?

All the indicators point to the refund being awarded soon. The indian government have confirmed this, Cairn have confirmed this. All legal proceedings are now withdrawing. Share buyback has started. It would be rather embarrassing and foolish to say it's not going to happen. I will be holding and anyone that states it wont happen clearly has an agenda. Looks at the facts not fictional comments by crude investors trying to scaremonger other investors. Fundamentals will prevail.
