Could do with some noises from the company though...new shares in issue from today, is that correct? There has to have been some positive spin they put to raise the capital...we could do with at least hearing the positive spin. Or, more hopefully, finally some positive news.

I'm normally a cynic on many an extrapolation we've had from limited to zero info, but it would have been good to hear Vlad's soft communication on this, so I'm taking your interpretation at face value. The normal concern is him being too much of an academic / scientist and not enough of a CEO - in this instance that would suit me as he's not got going to have been able to hide his true views.

Nextlink - I am relaxed as I've taken my initial investment cash out through profits and sit with a decent holding taking a risk on a portlfolio, all paid for by someone else's money.

For sure, except I am also completely skeptical about anything on COVID. But yes, there is a portfolio, so not a one-trick pony and a number of rolls of the dice/mice.

On COVID that's similar to my view on EL...other than us blowing our own trumpet and people dreaming of links to other pharma's or where our solution might fit in, I've seen nothing substantiated that says we have anything real under development or at any decent stage of development. Ideas sure but not much more than that. More than happy to be corrected on that though.

Except it happens. We are not in control of everything and bad luck happens / decisions go against you. I assume Hemo is 1 of [100] R&D programs EL are involved in which all count themselves as revolutionary.

Have EL ever talked us up? If I had heard them saying stuff, and not us presuming stuff and talking ourselves up, then I'd allow myself to start feeling warmer and fuzzier.

I do like the tone of the conversation in the feed...love in is a nice way to describe it...civil is another. Must admit having held back on retorts to the crowd shouting RNS imminent every second day...at least I think I held back.

JHFH - you've also put your name on the line. This is a risk share no matter which way I cut it. There are plenty of amazing prospects which is why we're here (for Hemo), but few definites to me. Rose-tinted glasses will make prospects look like definites, just like they did on my other shares at various points, but shouting that they're definites doesn't mean they are. Has EL signed on the dotted line? I'm not saying they won't, I hope they do, that would transform things - but they haven't yet.

B1ll, yep...doesn't mean I don't absolutely get enthused, but absolutely accept this is still a risk share. If it comes off, my kids ISA's will see them through uni and a bit thereafter, and will allow me to be selective in my work / consider slowing down a bit. If it doesn't, I'll have another parable to add to the other 3 for the kids.

Just to bring everyone down a notch...the last investment I had where everyone touted a £1 party on LSE ended up with me only getting around 10p in the invested £ back. I have another sitting at around 15p currently but that has potential to climb back to maybe 50-75p in the £ (well that's what I'm hoping for).

4 risk share decisions intentionally taken around the same time a few years back. The third I lost faith in and sold out at a minor profit. Hemo is the last I hold.

I agree somewhat...I do wonder though if they also did it because they are worried they will lose the authority to raise capital post the AGM motions. You can't raise money just because you want to, there has to be a sales story that someone buys. Buuuuuuut...£500k is peanuts and if the sales story was that great we would have heard something. I've lost ~15% of that on this share alone...and I'm not alone.

Wasn't one of the AGM motions to give them authority to issue more shares? Rightly or wrongly I intentionally said no to those (2?) motions. I don't follow this very closely, but I don't think the AGM has happened yet, right?
