Calidus entering 2021 @ 50.5c with absolutely no concerns from me on it's prospects of proving to be a worthwhile investment. Keras heading towards 2021 with an MCAP of less than £6M with the same old concerns about the obvious. 2020 here didn't live up to any expectations and in no way was transformational. Normally i would've scarpered elsewhere by now on continued frustration of apparent apathy from the Togolese side but i'm willing to stick with it next year. It COULD be transformational. In Scots' terminology "lang may oor lum's reek" to see real and substantive benefit from this low ebb. :o).

Looks like mostly bed and ISA related trades Pinecone due to the timings, quantity of trades and the prices dealt at. Could be a large holding transferred or several related parties holdings as too much of a coincidence for these all to happen today. Although, there's been a few others lately. Most earlier trades over 0.126 were buys imo as i got a quoted 0.1265 for 1M buy on a test earlier. Methinks though a few sells went through @ 0.12 late on as pi's thinking a sell off was happening. Maybe i think too much, ha ha. :o).

........ and all that !. Not sure if pi's being able to buy Calidus shares on the open market for 48c discounting the 51c offer price by 6% would've entered DR's thoughts or calculations. Might/ might not be enough to scupper full uptake of the proposed amount. I know i wouldn't be subscribing for any @ the offer price as i might still be a bit daft but not stupid (so i say anyway), ha ha. It could be construed as being a tad unwise to have enacted this proposed pi fundraise at this time, immediately following on from the main raise and in such harshly non festive, festive times. A 34% discount to the year high of 73c certainly appeals as opportune, for those that want or feel the need for more Calidus. 18 months, different scenario there, and here, hopefully!. GLA. in the recent RNS of the identity or indeed location of our "new investors". Speculating wildly it is beyond the realms of possibility that they may in fact be Togolese entities. Nothing untoward mind you, and generally everything is as always totally above board with business dealings in Africa, meh!. Could RL's latest previously undisclosed trip to the dark continent with a timely funding raise to follow be linked somehow, or mere coincidence ?. Of course American investors are also a possibility. Either or, we're still needing a kickstart to boost this lowly MCAP. GLA and good health to see this through. :o)

Mostly good Guzzler, battling on trying to avoid any further AIM pitfalls. JZ is a real precious one, one of a kind imo. Staying here for the long term though and when that exploitation permit finally gets signed off, who knows our potential MCAP multiplier. As Marky, Pinecone and Chirpy say Keras owes me nothing either due to even just the current gains on my Calidus spin off holding, but the best really is yet to come. As certain of it as can be. Hi guzzler, hope you and yours are well?. Went shopping and RNS lands. Ok, so i wasn't expecting a placing but there are really bad placings and then there are really beneficial placings at not much discount. So RL has re-visited Togo and returned again with more optimism on our long awaited Nayega exploitation permit signing off. It'll be the game changer here obviously, but over at the Diamond Creek phosphate project things seem to be progressing nicely with flexibility in our product range supply adapting to market demand. Can only be good imo. ATB. :o).

If there's nothing material to report as yet then sometimes silence really is Golden imo. Talking of RNS's , Keras have released only 17 this year as opposed to 45 last year. In comparison other shares on my watchlist monitor have really gone to town. Metal Tiger = 124 so far but taking the biscuit is Power Metal with 165. Have a nice Xmas all, and anticipate 2021 being better in so many ways than 2020 - the year of the Coronavirus. Our MCAP here of £5.8M really is the pits (pits, get it ha ha?.). Assay results from 25 of such at Ogaro are in the pipeline, as well as a few other noteworthy items of significance (see subject header). ATB. :o).

my Calidus holding still showing 178% increase (by far the best performing share in my 2020 ravaged AIM pf) on initial acquisition price on KRS divestment so can't complain when Mr Market gets the collywobbles or a necessary funding raise is done. Methinks Macquarie Bank pulled the strings and called the shots big time on this one for their 5M $AUD participation @ 51c, notwithstanding their 110M $AUD funding to production in Q1 2022 package. Absolutely a long term hold for me. ATB. :o).

I've neither attempted to buy or sell any Calidus shares as just happy to hold them all until full production at least. The drop to 0.53c overnight just takes the price back to where it was recently. Fully cashed up now to production with extensive drilling to come bulking out the resources and expanding their footprint to develop and bring to fruition DR's "Hub" plan. :o).

I read recently that the AQSE exchange are going to attempt to introduce measures to limit the spread on stocks with 50M MCAP to 5%. Keras would need only an X 8 MCAP multiplier from here to qualify. Hey, we're on our way today (insert smiley with tears in eyes emoji). GLA. :o).

Yeh, i agree Marky. I'm speculating that DR has got more than a rabbit up his sleeve. December 1st RNS x2 re purchase of 2.5% NSR from the original and sticky handed Warawoona tenement owners for 4M Calidus securities to be issued this Friday 11th. These are priced @ 70c. Possibly just possibly we'll see Alkane increase their stake at a premium. We'll soon find out anyway. Be good to say that definitively @ Keras. ATB. :o).

The thing is Marky, i was ready and willing to chuck in another 15K here on expectation of an imminent positive outcome. Especially with RL's 2nd arranged Togo visit from the outside appearing to be a decisive big step forward. Glad i didn't now as almost in a heartbeat i would've been down over 25% on them to date. Sentiment can be so fickle on AIM. Hold what i've got and just await future developments is my chosen path from now on. ATB. :o).

Great news, patheticly underwhelming market reaction. Seen a junior prospective miner on the TSX last week jump over 22% on similar funding news, and it was already at a considerably higher valuation than Calidus with a longer timeline to first gold pour. Still, we'll get there in the end i'm sure. Blue Ocean Equities target price $1 AUD. This side of Christmas, i'd say. ATB. :o).
